The new covenant contains no curses of a contractual nature; viz: God isn't
obligated to slam its participants for non compliance.

There is a contract with the New Covenant and Aa BIGGER CURSE ever found in the OT!!! If you do not accept Y-shua as Messiah you go to hell, SEPARATION FROM G-D FOR ALL ETERNITY!!! Accept Him you receive salvation. And we must accept, get saved ... what ever you want to call it. OT COVENANT IS WORSE FOR PEOPLE (that reject Him)!

FYI: Not everything written in the New Testament is in the new covenant.

New Covenant, Old covenant talk is very misleading. Scripture does not divide it's teaching by a "new covenant" and an "old covenant". That is something that man added to interpretation, probably given by evil forces for it only takes away from knowledge of the true Lord of us all.

God is eternal, not "new" and "old". God, including Christ, was there at creation and is with us today. Truth was the same at creation as it is today, for God is eternal. Scripture gives us that truth and is the same truth from Genesis to Rev, and if you fine disagreements in scripture then it means you must study to find the truth you are not seeing.

Do you believe that everyone who lived before Christ went to hell, including Moses and David?
Do you believe the Old testament covenant was a covenant sending people to hell? I assume by the old covenant you are speaking of the relationship God established at Mt Sinai.

Where do you come up with such nonsense? The Bible makes it perfectly clear that there is a distinction between the Old Covenant and the New Covenant, so it is probably evil forces working through people who try to muddy the waters (as you are doing).

Have you done a proper and serious study of the New Testament, and in particular the epistle to the Hebrews? Had you done that, you would not be making nonsensical statements.

If therefore perfection were by the Levitical priesthood, (for under it the people received the law,) what further need was there that another priest should rise after the order of Melchisedec, and not be called after the order of Aaron? For the priesthood being changed, there is made of necessity a change also of the law....

For there is verily a disannulling [cancellation, annulment, nullification, abrogation] of the commandment going before for the weakness and unprofitableness thereof. For the law made nothing perfect, but the bringing in of a better hopedid; by the which we draw nigh unto God...

By so much was Jesus made a surety of a better testament [covenant]. And they truly were many priests, because they were not suffered to continue by reason of death: But this man, because he continueth ever, hath an unchangeable priesthood. (Heb 7:11,12,18,19,22-24)

This is only a very small sample of what is in Scripture showing the difference between the Old And the New Covenant.

You are also one of those wanting to revive the Old Covenant feasts and festivals. Which shows that you do not proper understanding of the New Covenant ratified with the blood of Christ. Furthermore, you are making a mockery of the sacrifice of Christ.
