i would guess that bans are by IP.
so it stands to reason Jack has installed some software that spoofs IP. those are pretty easy to come by, even free, though the better ones are subscription based.
forum security is probably limited by the forum's own host, not the admins of the forum themselves, so as long as Jack has no qualms about being deceptive, there's not really much to be done to permanently keep him off the site. at least, it would be more than a little bit of trouble to do it.

Don't all do as they please on here anyways, whether it be their good pleasure to be as trolls or speak of goblins, or whether it be of their good pleasure to make goodly Bible studies as yourself?
I have seen some of the other Christian sites before I came here, yea, one even did ban me right away for having mercy and pity on a drug addict. They did give me a warning not to say such things, and I did ask them if Jesus said whether a doctor comes for the sick or the well. So they banned me lol. Yet I forgive them, it was their website to do with as they please, it is not in me to say what they ought do with what is theirs.
CC seems to me a little more lax, and I do like it. So the lenient attitude of CC is in that manner a strength as it draws more people in and retains them. Plus frankly even with those I do disagree with, at least the Bible and Jesus is shared more on this site than the others. Yet one can also see the downside in that it does allow some room for silliness, debates, and "trolling" as it is called.
This is not meant as a criticism though, just my analyses. I like CC, and just as the other Christian sites that be more strict how they have a right to do with their websites as they please, let therefore CC have the right to do with their website as they see fit.
