the makority of folks dont like to hear certain things in the word of God, but its there.... just some scripture i hope you will consider these in prayer, God bless.

acts 17:30-31 "And the times of this ignorance God winked at; but now commandeth all men every where to repent: Because he hath appointed a day, in the which he will judge the world in righteousness by that man whom he hath ordained; whereof he hath given assurance unto all men, in that he hath raised him from the dead."

John 5:25-29 " Verily, verily, I say unto you, The hour is coming, and now is, when the dead shall hear the voice of the Son of God: and they that hear shall live. For as the Father hath life in himself; so hath he given to the Son to have life in himself; And hath given him authority to execute judgment also, because he is the Son of man. Marvel not at this: for the hour is coming, in the which all that are in the graves shall hear his voice, And shall come forth; they that have done good, unto the resurrection of life; and they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of damnation."

acts 24:14-16 "But this I confess unto thee, that after the way which they call heresy, so worship I the God of my fathers, believing all things which are written in the law and in the prophets: And have hope toward God, which they themselves also allow, that there shall be a resurrection of the dead, both of the just and unjust. And herein do I exercise myself, to have always a conscience void of offence toward God, and toward men. "

Hebrews 9:27" And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment"

Hebrews 10:For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins, But a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries.

He that despised Moses' law died without mercy under two or three witnesses: Of how much sorer punishment, suppose ye, shall he be thought worthy, who hath trodden under foot the Son of God, and hath counted the blood of the covenant, wherewith he was sanctified, an unholy thing, and hath done despite unto the Spirit of grace? For we know him that hath said, Vengeance belongeth unto me, I will recompense, saith the Lord. And again, The Lord shall judge his people. It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God."

john 9:39 "And Jesus said, For judgment I am come into this world, that they which see not might see; and that they which see might be made blind."

john 12:31 "Now judgment is upon this world; now the ruler of this world will be cast out."

psalm 96:13 "Before the LORD: for he cometh, for he cometh to judge the earth: he shall judge the world with righteousness, and the people with his truth."

romans 2:5-11 But after thy hardness and impenitent heart treasurest up unto thyself wrath against the day of wrath and revelation of the righteous judgment of God; Who will render to every man according to his deeds: To them who by patient continuance in well doing seek for glory and honour and immortality, eternal life:

But unto them that are contentious, and do not obey the truth, but obey unrighteousness, indignation and wrath, 9Tribulation and anguish, upon every soul of man that doeth evil, of the Jew first, and also of the Gentile; But glory, honour, and peace, to every man that worketh good, to the Jew first, and also to the Gentile: 11For there is no respect of persons with God." (matthew 25:31-46 ).

john 12:48-50 "He that rejecteth me, and receiveth not my words, hath one that judgeth him: the word that I have spoken, the same shall judge him in the last day. For I have not spoken of myself; but the Father which sent me, he gave me a commandment, what I should say, and what I should speak. And I know that his commandment is life everlasting: whatsoever I speak therefore, even as the Father said unto me, so I speak."

john 8:51 "Verily, verily, I say unto you, If a man keep my saying, he shall never see death."

while no possibility of judgement or accountability seems nice to hear to a person, the truth is we should be preparing to appear before the Lord and take His word for things now so we are ready, when you come to Jesus, its time to repent and learn from the Lords Word that will never be different than what Jesus Christ spoke in the Gospel. the idea that its different than what Jesus said is just a deception to keep people from salvation.

matthew 24:14 "And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come."

the gospel of the Kingdom, you will find from matthews first verse, to the last verse in John. God bless......just consider in prayer and God will reveal the truth. and faith will begin working to bring people to repentance, simply through belief of the truth that Jesus commands repentance and obedience. faith believes what God has said and works in those who believe. Prayer for repentance and righteousness......
