I assume nothing. I've seen the theft first hand and the twisting of scripture. I assume you haven't. Has nothing to do with judging someone's heart and everything to do with sheering the sheep contrary to the clear word of God!

We are to make righteous judgement according to His word. When we see wolves manipulating the folks for filthy gain, we are to sound a trumpet. What are you doing? Defending the wolves? Not good!
