Instead some here like to make an effort to be as Jesus would want them to be.

I have a theory. dc is upset he has not defeated all the workers. Even worse they are learning
more of scripture and showing his theology does not work.
An even deeper hole, those who actually believe the gnostic version of the faith are now chipping
in and showing it is just a part compromise on a failed platform.

I had a revelation today. For an idle believer to call another a worker is a complement.
We are called to work for God in everything we do. So all our effort goes to His glory. Amen
Now they have a weird concept you can do some things for self, evil and some things
for God, good, so you need to know which you are doing and why. It is a very subjective
morality because for them sin does not exist because the law is not there, except they
feel condemned all the time and sin every day. Got to say, defeat, guilt, a bad conscience,
failure, no joy or peace, only this pointless fighting, wonder why they bother.
Even funnier they believe they do not chose God he chose them and does everything, so it
is all fate anyway, so why argue? The saved are the saved and the lost are the lost. Unless
ofcourse they are lying, and are just driven people to get revenge on all those wasted years
slaving as legalists. Hatred and revenge are always strong drivers, lol
Opps maybe I have stirred up a hornets nest except these ones have no sting and no real
theology just a jumble of aspirations and distorted scriptures.
I would have more sympathy if they were not full of barbs and antagonism....
And I came saying love Jesus and love each other. They got one thing right, love takes work,
commitment, faithfulness, perseverance, dedication. But you cannot rest and do this as well
so they chose the easy way out. Oddly the whole group in linked to health and wealth, WOF
and the NAR, the reminants of Joels army, the manifest sons of God, to the arrogant rich who
want God to make the richer still.
Oddly the apostles disliked this group because they tended to be self important and did not
understand service and works. Odd that today the same problems are still present, lol

Question is: How many will read it and understand it and
how many will read it and THINK they understand it.
I very much agree with all you've said.
I rest in our Lord. HE is my Sabbath. Every day is the Sabbath. HE is my rest. I trust Him to get me by. He said He had to leave but would send the Holy Spirit to be my helper and my guide and my paraclete.
I believe Grace is VERY EXPENSIVE. It cost God's Son a grizzly Death to free me from the bondage of sin and the slavery to satan. Even though we MAY NOT THINK we're slaves to satan or sin, we indeed were before we were born again. Even if we were very "good" persons.
Jesus did what He had to do for me. What was planned from the beginning of the world. One man sinned, and by One Man who is the Firstfruits, many will follow to enter into God's Kingdom.
Now it's MY turn to do. NOWHERE in all His teachings did Jesus teach that one is to just believe in Him and he would be safe.
He taught commandments, He taught parables to let us know what is important, He taught parables to teach us about the Kingdom of God and how precious it is.
Jesus spoke more about the Kingdom than salvation. In fact, He hardly ever spoke of salvation. He spoke about what we are TO DO, and how we are TO BEHAVE.
Some feel they fall so short of this that they must sooth their conscience somehow. Thus, some hundreds of years ago, the concept was thought up that we ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANYTHING.
And recently, with the hyper Grace, or cheap grace movement, Christians have been BRAINWASHED to believe that nothing is necessary from them except to believe. Leaving them pretty free to practice whatever type of behavior they wish.
No need to change because Jesus will protect them.

He called them murderers, hypocrites, and not followers of God.
It is like me saying you do not know Jesus, are still lost in sin, and spend your
time persecuting other believers for invented sin and offences to try and discourage
them from following and serving the Lord. And worse still you put no effort into hiding
your hypocracy and failure to walk in purity and holiness as you are called to do.
Now if I did this to you, you would get annoyed and want to harm me.
So Stephen did this to his enemies who were quite capable of executing people for
blasphemy if so riled up, and they were the force of the law in the country so no
one would be accused of murder if they did it as a group.
