You want me to read the Bible without guidance or teacher?
I want you to seek the Truth if that is what you want to receive. The Bible is a Book for you to read.

Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come. John 16:13.

Many do not read the Bible like a Book..

Before I was moved by the Holy Spirit I did not know that and was like you overwhelmed by so much reading...

If you are genuine then consider the matter and go from there.

It it is your salvation and it must be your Repentance.

Your favorite Bible verse:I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last.

What does it mean?

What are you fishing for Theos?

On CC you will find some who say Jesus was mere man (but sinfree, died and rose),
and some (me included) who say he was both that and God

What is the meaning of the, I am Alpha and Omega? And who said that...is it God or Messiah?
Here is something for you:

Then cometh Jesus from Galilee to Jordan unto John, to be baptized of him. 14But John forbad him, saying, I have need to be baptized of thee, and comest thou to me? 15And Jesus answering said unto him, Suffer it to be so now: for thus it becometh us to fulfil all righteousness. Then he suffered him. 16And Jesus, when he was baptized, went up straightway out of the water: and, lo, the heavens were opened unto him, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove, and lighting upon him: 17And lo a voice from heaven, saying, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.

Do you want me to read the Bible without asking someone to explain the meaning, between lines to find the hidden meaning?

I was reading the Bible for a year, after spending 5 years searching for God or some kind of truth. I was first an atheist, then heard "someone" calling me. I read the Holy books of the world. The Qur'an, the Baghavad Gita, Baha'i, And I meditated with Buddhists, danced with Sufis, and dug deeply into theosophy, enough to get very frightened. But I found only emptiness.

Then I started reading a modern version of the Bible, just the New Testament. I went to university and studied by day. Then the bars at night, got drunk and came home and read the Bible. And I didn't understand a word! I had question marks all over the pages and things circled that I couldn't understand.

Then, God met me! He saved days me, changed me and transformed me. He took away drinking instantly. He gave me a hunger to read the Bible. I having been reading it through every year since I was saved 37 years ago, plus I read it in other languages and very intensely. After God saved me, I picked up my Bible the next day. All those circles and question marks? I understood it was all about Jesus. I met the author of the book, so it all made sense.

I am now a pastor, I read the Bible in English, Greek and Hebrew. I study, I serve and I pray.

Jesus was God, and he lived a perfect, sinless life. Something we cannot do. God is loving, but he is also just and hates sin. So he sent Jesus, his one and only Son to die in our place, on the cross. You can know Jesus, too. You must pray and seek him. And repent of your sin. Then, you can read the Bible, and understand that it is about relationship, not religion. You can know the Creator of the universe, Jesus Christ, and serve him, too. I pray you will seek with all your heart, till you find Jesus.

"Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." John 14:6

"
For God loved the world in this way:
He gave His One and Only Son, so that everyone who believes in Him will not perish but have eternal life." John 3:16

Alpha and Omega are the first and last letters of the Creek Alphabet .. The New Testament books of the Bible where all originally written in the Greek Language using the Greek of the time.. Thus we can see that Alpha and Omega can be seen as being related to the Word of God Words made up by Letters.. Jesus has the title of The WORD of God.. The Bible is also the Word of God.. Jesus is God manifested in the flesh.. The Bible is Holy Because it contains the Message of God /Word of God.. The Bible is therefore the Word of God..

As to your point about learning more profound Christian teachings.. Yes we can share the thoughts we have about Christianity with you.. But where can you find a source of deeper understanding that you can trust 100% ? My advice to you is that Only the Holy Spirit of God can truly guide you with 100% assurance in finding out all the deeper, more profound teachings of Christianity.. The Holy Spirit of God has also helped many Christians in coming to understand more.. And they may share such wisdom with you..

But we are all just faulty human beings, so we must never think that another person is an infallible source on all knowledge related to the will of God.. Everything we hear or read coming from another person about God must be double Checked with the Bible message of God.. Simply relying on other people to spoon feed us as if we are babies makes us very vulnerable to being deceived.. So the important thing is to read the Bible.. I would encourage you to read the Gospels which are at the begging of the New testament part of the Bible, because they contain the essential teachings and account of the life of Jesus on earth..

Peace to you!:D

All believers are convinced, confident and pretty sure without hesitation and a doubt to say their religion is true. And I'm interested in knowing whether there is concrete evidence that you can give about why your religion is Christianity is a 'true' religion. '
I believe in Jesus Christ because he is the Son of the God and he love me and purged me from my sins and he sit down on the right hand of God and has mighty power to do everything for me.I didn't find anybody better in the World than he is. It is concrete evidence why I am Christian.
KJVHebrews1:3 3.Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power ,when he had by himself purged our sins, sat dawn on the right hand of the Majesty on high;

It is because it matches the Bible. There is no man-made doctrines in my religion- such as the watchtower, the books Catholics added to the Bible, or the Koran which is not from God. But only New Testament scripture which comes from Christ Himself (not from the apostles who merely wrote it down).

My church matches the one that Christ established and purchased with His own blood- which will remain unchanged until He comes to take us Home. That is how I know I am in the right church/religion/belief.

"Study the scriptures to prove unto God that you need not be ashamed."
