Jehovah's Witnesses & Mormons have some nice things to say..... but should I just lay aside all the pigslop they spread & hear them out?

It didn't take long for some to come in and ruin a thread that was talking about relying on Christ alone for our true life instead of trusting in riches. This is exactly the type of behavior CC has asked for us to stop doing. I refuse to interact with those that continue to act with this type of ungodly behavior.

Malice and slandering others in the body of Christ is not from God no matter how much it conflicts with our religion and we try to justify our behavior.

If you have nothing to add about trusting in Jesus for our life as that is the message of the OP is - then please leave or we'll have to involve the mods to stop this behavior. Please have some respect for the message of trusting in Christ as the OP is talking about. Thank you.

There I am reading the OP. Agreeing, agreeing. (Will read it again to be sure I can agree with all of it), and then, suddenly, there's the source of the quote: Mr. PRINCE. And most of the power of the OP just fell flat.
You have a point. I see it. I agree.

Why in the world would somebody want to get truth out of the bottom of a garbage can?

I'm not against a good devotion. I'm against digging one out of the dumpster to present.

The people deserve better than that.

You said it I agree. Trust in Jesus only. And that truth ought to be believed and accepted by our faith in Him and His word. Let's not rely on the rich and famous, however, to strengthen or make that truth more appealing. The Lowly Jesus, the Lamb of God is enough.

That's okay, maybe then I can ask them to stop Joseph Prince's teachings in here once & for all.

After all, Prince's stuff was banned in the BDF, yes?

well, Prince does seem to play an important part in G7's life but we do not pry into
peoples private affairs, they might get embarrassed :)

Trust Jesus and not money Amen.

It does not matter who says such truths they are still true.

Saying truth does not validate a ministry, it says everyone has some
good things to say and do, the evil and the good.

And it is important to encourage everyone to do good and follow right things
with the Lord, and if not possible, by themselves.
