One of the most seminal works on the subject of US foreign policy is Zbigniew Brzezinski's the Grand Chessboard. Everyone in the Clinton, Bush Jr., and Obama administrations has not only read, but studied this book. Everyone who knows anything about statecraft in the 21st century has not only read, but studied this book. Every neocon has not only read, but studied this book. Every enemy of the neocons, they also not only read, but studied this book.

Again, have you even heard of Zbigniew Brzezinski? He even lived in Canada from 1928 until he left for Harvard about 1950. He served as US National Security Advisor from 1977-1981 under Carter.

Yes, I addressed that. There were no death (extermination) camps on German soil.
I don't know when Simon Wiesenthal said that or in what country or before or after any revision to "definition" of "death camp". I find Wiesenthal's writing painful to read and I'm not going to read any his work without a compelling reason.
The actual terms are Vernichtungslager, Todeslager, and Arbeitslager. Note the use of the term "distinguished from" in the following.
