A Christian mom from Texas told me that her teenage daughter came crying from school because a lot of her schoolmates were saying that: "The Bible was all myths."
Yikes
I thought to myself- this is happening even in the Bible belt.
I told this Christian mom to Google:Lachish. She was grateful(I was humbled by her thanks).She saw the real 80 feet picture carvings of the battle of Lachish from 701 BC. This is absolute proof that book of Isaiah is true and that every sentence in the Bible can be trusted.

Several years ago I went and saw Ink and the Blood. It was an exhibit of Biblical artifacts and old Bibles including portions of the Dead Sea Scrolls and Gutenberg's Bible. There was so much to see and take in,I was glad to have gotten the chance to attend.

there is plenty of "proof" for those who choose to gainsay the words of life... but we as followers of our Beloved Savior have a responsibility to empower our children with a faith that is both spiritual in its application and physical in its manifestation, we need not fret about what the worldly wise try to discredit, but rather counter this with the proper education in and about the life giving words and expressed desires of the Eternal one, He can and will empower each child in each situation to be well armored in this battle for precious souls, and we as parents , pastors and mentors must empower our children with not only the knowledge of the bible but the tools to live in it each day, people cannot deny what they see, if we be IN Messiah, they will see Him.

When people ask why I believe that Jesus is the only Way; I say because the Bible says. Then they ask why do you believe the Bible; I say because it's words are true.
How can we know the Bible is true they ask. By faith I say.
They ask,"How can we get this faith?"
I say that faith comes from hearing the Word of God. This is found in Romans 10:17.
Then I tell them:" Google: Lachish and you will see the picture of Isaiah 36:1,the Word. And you will know the Bible is true."

Great website! In seminary, we had a whole semester course just on Biblcal backgrounds and archeology. We used the Holman's Bible atlas, which does everything chronologically, with loads of pictures and maps.
I just wish I had access to this information when my kids were young, so they also did not think the Bible was "myths."
