John 3:16For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

Is there any other argument that can be made. It does not state that if you attend church on Saturday, It does not state that if you receive the baptism of the Holy Spirit, It does not state that you must be baptised in water. It does not not state that if you keep law. It does not state that if you eat only lamb and not pork. It doesn't state that if you fast 21 days or do 40 days of purpose. It does not state if you read the bible 3 hours a day and pray for two hours. What does it say?

Please answer. I am waiting.
ok i will let the scripture do the talking 5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. [h=3]John 3:5[/h]

Kerry NO ONE can believe on the Son without faith... and FAITH is a gift of the Holy Spirit.... so if you are not baptized with Holy Spirit, you CANNOT believe, and cannot go to heaven...

Paul said it very clear.... Romans 1... By whom we have received grace and apostleship, for obedience to the faith among all nations, for his name:

If God does not give you obedience to the faith, you shall NEVER inherit His Kingdom.

All perfect gifts are from ABOVE...

What in the world does this verse have to do with Christ telling us to keep His commandments?

The commandments that say we must keep the commandments to prove we love Him. Hmmmm.

"If you love Me, you will keep My commandments." John 14:15

John 14:21 "Whoever has my commandments and keeps them, he it is who loves me. And he who loves me will be loved by my Father, and I will love him and manifest myself to him.”

John 14:21 Those who know my commands and obey them are the ones who love me, and my Father will love those who love me. I will love them and will show myself to them.”

How many did you need?
you still haven't shown me the commandments we must keep :) i'm waiting.

IF God does not do it for you, there is no hope. God says this about one that has hope... KErry do you believe this verse?...

And every man that hath this hope in him purifieth himself, even as he is pure.

Kerry do you believe that a man that has the hope of being a son of God, cleanse HIMSELF? As clan as God is?

Matthew 5:19

Anyone who breaks one of the least of these commandments and teaches others to do the same will be called least in the kingdom of heaven, but whoever practices and teaches these commands will be called great in the kingdom of heaven.

I'd say this pretty much covers it. All of them. He means to keep all of them, Josh. Even the least.
I'd already posted it. I don't know what else to tell you, Josh. Yes, the commandments given on Mount Sinai were the commandments Christ is speaking of.

Josh how many sins does a perfect man commit? And since sin is the breaking God's law, what law is this?

My friends it is Christ and Him crucified and nothing else. How long will you look to self righteousness, how long will you look to what you can do. You can do nothing except believe in the work of the cross and say thank you and that is it.

*[[Rev 11:19]] KJV* And the temple of God was opened in heaven, and there was seen in his temple the ark of his testament: and there were lightnings, and voices, and thunderings, and an earthquake, and great hail.

Why does Revelation mention the ark of the covenant in heaven? The tables of testimony are the 10 commandments, Why would they be mentioned in Revelation?

How long will you deny him. How long will you stand on your works. When will you honor the king of kings. How long, how long, must he endure this neglect. When will we praise Him as He ought to be praised. Instead of praising our self, Hey jack I have kept this law and I have went to church on Saturday unlike these heathen that go on Sunday. I don't eat pork and I have never tasted sushi. I wear a dress while them heathen were pants. How long. where will we place our faith. In what we do, how dumb is that, what can you do? Accept the offering of Jesus Christ and nothing else. That is the fact jack.

I'm not trying to prove anything. Christ told me that if I love Him, I'll keep His commandments. I don't get why that's so hard to understand. This has nothing to do with my salvation. This has everything to do with wanting to please my Lord and Savior, because I love Him!

If you look at these commandments, and really consider trying to follow them exactly, you will see that you will pretty much be conforming with all the other teachings of Jesus, and indeed those teachings that He felt were holy.

It also tells you why Jesus died for our sins, and why we need the relationship with Him and His Cross.

Consider these commandments. They are quite simple. We "only" have to love Our Father, and our neighbours, with all our heart and soul. Every day. Every minute of every day. There is no evidence in my heart that I can achieve that, however I try.

That makes me a sinner, and that's why Jesus is also in my every day. I can't even pretend to do this without His continual help, and he lifts me up, dusts me down, and sets me on the road again when I fail. I suspect that's why we can't enter the Kingdom of Heaven without following Jesus, because obeying these commandments is what brings the Kingdom of Heaven to our souls.
