Dear all beloved Christians. Why do some believers honestly think that we are in end of the world or end times stuff.

What do you think? To me everything is normal in this world. I don't see any end in sight. Does the bible really speak about the end?
I believe there are things in the book of Revelation that would suggest the end could come any time.

Daniel did not understand the book that was given him,but when they get to the end time they will understand, because of advanced technology, and advanced travel, because they can see what the world is doing, and that they are coming together, and bad things will happen as a result.
Oooorrr..... It COULD be that God will impart knowledge to the church(the faithful) to understand Daniel's prophecies, letting the church know that it's near the approximate time.:)

.....aaaaaaannnnd..... Daniel's prophecies are the only ones with this caveat--that we will not understand them clearly until the time of the End. (by "we" it means "wise" believers, presumably including those reading these words)

There have been thousands of interpretations of Daniel's prophecies over the past 2,500 years. Ironically the argument that one interpretation is preferred because "that's what the early Church Fathers taught" actually works to the contrary for Daniel. This sets the Book of Daniel apart from all other Bible prophecy. It will itself become a sign.

This is why I believe it and this is where I think we are. I would not risk looking like a kook for nothing.

Revelation 9:14-16

9:14 Saying to the sixth angel which had the trumpet, Loose the four angels which are bound in the great River Euphrates [Turkey, Syria, Iraq and Iran].

9:15 And the four angels were loosed, which were prepared for The Hour, and The Day, (the month, and the year) for to slay the third part of men.

9:16 And the number of the army of the horsemen [were] two hundred thousand thousand [200 MILLION]: and I HEARD the number of them.

Some say it's close and we've been hearing that for years but that 1/3 part of man is U.S. and Britain in my opinion... so yes I am highly concerned because people think it's just one big party out there and if you look at defense capabilities of these 4 countries plus Russia and China, we are severely out gunned.

Jesus said it will be as the days of Noah, where the thoughts of men are wicked. It is now legal in Canada to have sex with an animal. How much more wicked does the world need to get?

The great end times things are on the very eve of coming to pass. It is much later than we think. And there are certain passages in the word of God that tell us the lateness of the hour.

Daniel 12:4 says, "But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased."

The restoration of Israel which began in 1948 after the holocaust (over six million Jews were killed) (over a million of them were little children).

It tells us this in the Eleventh Chapter of Isaiah and the eleventh verse, "And it shall come to pass in that day, that the Lord shall set his hand again the second time to recover the remnant of his people, which shall be left, from Assyria, and from Egypt, and from Pathros, and from Cush, and from Elam, and from Shinar, and from Hamath, and from the islands of the sea.
(Once again, "in that day," refers to Christ reigning Personally in Jerusalem. the First gathering of the "remnant," as it refers to Israel, took place when Israel was gathered out of the Medo-Persian Empire and brought back to the Promised Land. In a sense, the second gathering began in 1948. It will be fulfilled in totality at the beginning of the Kingdom Age, when Jews all over the world will recognize Christ as the their Messiah and, thereby, desire to come to Israel and live near Him.)
