Genesis 15
I find it a wonder of God that Abraham who was given the land covenant was born in 1948 on the Jewish calendar.
Then Abram replied, "O Sovereign LORD, how can I be sure that I will actually possess it? In Genesis 15:8
Then Abram brought animals to the Lord to seal the covenant. When birds of prey came down on the carcasses, ( nations came against the covenant) Abram drove them away.
12 Now when the sun was going down, a deep sleep fell upon Abram ; and behold, horror and great darkness fell upon him.( Abram looked at what would bring his children into their land and it horrified him 13 Then He said to Abram: “Know certainly that your descendants will be strangers in a land that is not theirs, ( for a time they will be out of the land)
17 And it came to pass, when the sun went down and it was dark, that behold, there appeared a smoking oven (
Holocaust ) and a burning torch that passed between those pieces. 18 On the same day the Lord made a covenant with Abram, saying: “To your descendants I have given this land.
After a Holocaust Jews regained their land 1948.

Isaiah 66
Hear the word of the Lord, You who tremble at His word:
“Your brethren who hated you (
Many Christians did not help the Jews but called them Christ killers), Who cast you out for My name’s sake, said, ( nations did not taken them in for Yeshua’s name sake)

‘Let the Lord be glorified, That we may see your joy ( They Got their home land).’ But they shall be ashamed.”( other nations had shame when they could see the truth of what not helping The Jews did)
[SUP]6 [/SUP]The sound of noise from the city! A voice from the temple! The voice of the Lord,
Who fully repays His enemies! (
Germany Judged ) [SUP]7 [/SUP]“Before she was in labor, she gave birth;
Before her pain came, She delivered a male child.
[SUP]8 [/SUP]
Who has heard such a thing?
Who has seen such things? Shall the earth be made to give birth in one day?
Or shall a nation be born at once? For as soon as Zion was in labor,
She gave birth to her children.
[SUP]9 [/SUP]Shall I bring to the time of birth, and not

cause delivery?” says the Lord.

While I disagree like you Ez had anything to do with the holocost.

Dry bones can't be babylon.

1. It was worldwide,
2. It was all 12 tribes, not just judah
3. Ez says God will punish the nations. Not one nation
4. Isreal still was in sin. even when they returned.

Pentecost? Now I have heard everything

Pentecost? Now I have heard everything
representatives from all 12 tribes returned to the Land and were there when Jesus appeared.
representatives from all nations were there at Pentecost.
a remnant believed.

Matthew 15:24
He answered, “I was sent only to the lost sheep of the house of Israel.”

Acts 2:5
Now there were staying in Jerusalem God-fearing Jews from every nation under heaven.

Acts 2
The Holy Spirit Comes at Pentecost

1When the day of Pentecost came, they were all together in one place. 2Suddenly a sound like the blowing of a violent wind came from heaven and filled the whole house where they were sitting. 3They saw what seemed to be tongues of fire that separated and came to rest on each of them. 4All of them were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tonguesa as the Spirit enabled them.

5Now there were staying in Jerusalem God-fearing Jews from every nation under heaven. 6When they heard this sound, a crowd came together in bewilderment, because each one heard them speaking in his own language. 7Utterly amazed, they asked: “Are not all these men who are speaking Galileans? 8Then how is it that each of us hears them in his own native language? 9Parthians, Medes and Elamites; residents of Mesopotamia, Judea and Cappadocia, Pontus and Asia, 10Phrygia and Pamphylia, Egypt and the parts of Libya near Cyrene; visitors from Rome 11(both Jews and converts to Judaism); Cretans and Arabs—we hear them declaring the wonders of God in our own tongues!” 12Amazed and perplexed, they asked one another, “What does this mean?”

13Some, however, made fun of them and said, “They have had too much wine.b”

Peter Addresses the Crowd

14Then Peter stood up with the Eleven, raised his voice and addressed the crowd: “Fellow Jews and all of you who live in Jerusalem, let me explain this to you; listen carefully to what I say. 15These men are not drunk, as you suppose. It’s only nine in the morning! 16No, this is what was spoken by the prophet Joel:

17“‘In the last days, God says,
I will pour out my Spirit on all people.
Your sons and daughters will prophesy,
your young men will see visions,
your old men will dream dreams.
18Even on my servants, both men and women,
I will pour out my Spirit in those days,
and they will prophesy.
19I will show wonders in the heaven above
and signs on the earth below,
blood and fire and billows of smoke.
20The sun will be turned to darkness
and the moon to blood
before the coming of the great and glorious day of the Lord.
21And everyone who calls
on the name of the Lord will be saved.’

Acts 2:36
Let all the house of Israel therefore know for certain that God has made him both Lord and Christ, this Jesus whom you crucified.”

24Seventy weeks are determined upon thy people and upon thy holy city, to finish the transgression, and to make an end of sins, and to make reconciliation for iniquity, and to bring in everlasting righteousness, and to seal up the vision and prophecy, and to anoint the most Holy. 25Know therefore and understand, that from the going forth of the commandment to restore and to build Jerusalem unto the Messiah the Prince shall be seven weeks, and threescore and two weeks: the street shall be built again, and the wall, even in troublous times. 26And after threescore and two weeks shall Messiah be cut off, but not for himself: and the people of the prince that shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary; and the end thereof shall be with a flood, and unto the end of the war desolations are determined. 27And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.

Colossians 1:23
if you continue in your faith, established and firm, not moved from the hope held out in the gospel. This is the gospel that you heard and that has been proclaimed to every creature under heaven, and of which I, Paul, have become a servant.

Matthew 28:19
Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit

Mark 16:15
He said to them, "Go into all the world and preach the good news to all creation.

Probably because people have to find God after 'searching'.

There's no point in God saying 'here's solid proof'.

WE'd all just be like 'Oh yea God really DOES exist'. And then what point would there be in a mortal life? We wouldn't get to know sin, why it's wrong, nor see it's effects. And when the time comes were God takes it away, we'd be like 'what was the point of that?'

See we are cursed in this state to kind of, 'learn the lessons of our 'fathers' (adam and eve). Free will is part of that. Coming to God out of 'oh my, I see, I don't want to sin anymore. It's pretty stupid actually, isn't it Dad?'.

We need to be asking the questions. BEcause if he just 'tells us', there's no real eternal change in that.

Like Adam and Eve. they were 'told' not to eat of the tree or else they'll die. And they found a way round in deceit. 'Surely you shall not die'.

So it's like saying 'Ok humans, telling you didn't work. You'll have to learn why I told you then'.

And an interesting sidenote. God chose 'Isreal'. Land of the Jews.

'And the judeans look for signs'.

s it not the most unbeleiving kind that says 'I NEED A SIGN> I NEED PROOF'

LIke Adam and Eve. 'Will I die? Will I not?' I NEED PROOF.

*eat of the tree of knowledge*

Something to think about.

what's missing is that the Scriptures say the Jews will be brought back from the four corners of the earth. This hasn't yet happenened as they are quite comfortable in North America thank you. I believe there is a coming holocaust that will dwarf Hitler's and it will drive the remaining Jews back to their homeland thus fulfilling Scripture. Just some thoughts.

this question has a simple answer...the holocaust is not in the bible because it is not part of the story...

the bible tells the story of salvation...the story of God and those who have faith in him...

the bible is not the story of unbelievers...unbelievers are only mentioned in the bible insofar as they interact with believers and become relevant to the story...

although i am aware that many christians also suffered under hitler's regime...it was primarily jewish unbelievers who suffered during the holocaust...so their story is not part of the salvation story...and it didn't warrant inclusion in the bible...

You know whats going to bring them from the four corners of the earth? Rebuilding the temple.
This will be New Years, July 4th, Christmas, Super Bowl, World Series, etc...all rolled into one.
The euphoria will be massive.

shalom,

iv always wondered about that, one of the worse tragedies to the jewish people. Im just curious about it is all...

Tragedy is synonymous with Jewish people.

All we have to do is read the OT...where we have thousands upon thousands upon thousands of verses divinely inspired by God, Himself, informing the reader of the utter atrocities committed by, and to, the Jewish people.

We have to remember, Jews' very own prophets exposed them for being idol worshipers, devil worshipers and flat-out disobeying God, for literally thousands of years.

Even Jesus calls the unbelieving Jews of His day, 'Liars, murderers, and children of Satan'...!

With an illustrious history such as this, spanning thousands of years, should we really be surprised at modern-day persecution of Jews?

In an era of political correctness, we still must call a spade a spade...

It is dismaying at best how so many read the Word and do not see this. Many, if they did, would love Jews for their role in this age. This does not mean all Jews are good, however they are definitely the people of our Savior.

Fact is, modern-day Jews still reject Jesus as God Almighty....thus, according to scripture, they do not have eternal life.

We have to remember that the Jews who recognized Jesus for what He was 2K years ago became Christians.

The term Jew is simply another word representing rejection of the Son.

We are commanded to Love all whether they love us or not. Yet at the same time we are also commanded to judge for ourselves what is right, and this applies to our own actions and those actions of others. This by no means is saying we judge unto condemnation, for only One has earned this authority, and it was His in the first place.

If you look at the assemblies calling themselves Christian today, you will find the exact types as were encountered by our Lord and Savior in the Jewry of His earthly walk.

Only God knows what is in the hearts of man, He knows individually, and He knows collectively. It is not for anyone to say that all Jews rejected Yeshua, Jesus. It is not for anyone to say anyone is damned to hell, for it is written many pagans have the truth written on their hearts with their consciouses accusing or excusing them as they act. Yeshua, Jesus, also teaches that if we do not judge others (to condemnation) we will not be judged. Please, for your own sake, do not judge Jews in general as being unbelievers; this right has not been handed over to you or to me in this age. It is to be handed over to the saints (sanctified by the Blood of the Lamb) come the setting up of the thrones.
