Why The Roman Catholic Church Will Be Mystery Babylon, The Great Whore

What I'm about to say is going to be controversial but please hear me out before you comment.

If you know your bible then you also know that history often repeats itself. I personally believe the modern "church" (ie. "churchianity") as a whole to be the whore of Babylon. It is clear that many protestant denominations have become every bit as mislead as the Catholic Church and that just about every church of every denomination is filled with people who allow personal preferences and opinions dictate to them how their walk with the Lord looks like rather than listening to the Holy Spirit. While it's true that the Holy Spirit may dwell within is us, 99% of all believers have absolutely no clue or desire to get to know Him or his will.

I believe that in the last days there will be a great harvest of souls and that their will also be a great "falling away". I believe that God will move in mighty ways to save the lost but because it will look or sound like the opinions or preferences of man, much of the modern church will not only denounce but even persecute those who heed the call of the Holy Spirit in those final hours. It is those who are submitted to the call of Holy Spirit which are truly the "Bride of Christ".

Modern denominations love to slander one another.

Just think what would happen if God moved in a mighty way with signs wonders and miracles resulting in millions not only getting "saved" but truly transformed in miraculous ways and because of this transformation God uses them to transform others. Chances are that most of these people will not look, act or sound like today's church simply because many "Christians" today have become content with their lives and complacent in their spirituality.

This final generation will be a selfless generation that go and and do anything the Holy Spirit asks them to do because they will understand in their hearts the urgency of the hour. Most modern churches will deny and rebuke this end time move of God simply because their selfish pride has mislead them to believe that God does not do signs and wonders today and these things come from the devil.

CAB: Considering that a good portion of the church is in the third world, I think that 99% is stretching it quite a bit. I think that you evaluation may be closer when applied to Western European countries as well as the us.

Just look at the "promises" by "Mary" from Fatima. Look at how "she" says the words "my" and "me". Both of those words start with a capital M. In the whole Bible, only God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit receive that honor:

Babylon is a economic system, a world system, merchants of the earth are made rich by trade with her. I don't think reciting the Rosary is the method of modern trade and commerce? "And the merchants of the Earth shall weep and mourn over her, FOR NO MAN BUYETH THEIR MERCHANDISE ANY MORE"

Merchandise, trade, commerce, who is the Queen of Commerce? There is a statue of her in New York, perhaps you can find out who she is.

Again is the Roman Catholic Church known as a seafaring nation? Rome is land-locked so its a bit diffilcult for Rome to trade by sea "Wherein were made rich ALL THAT HAD SHIP IN THE SEA by reason of her costliness" Who has the largest commerecial shipping fleet in the world, the largest Navy" For to her city of Babylon will be made desolate in one hour. "For by her pharmacies were all nations decieved", Does the Vatican sell pharmaceutical supplies, and I don't mean holy water either. Drugs, who sells Drugs?

The Catholic Church which is a Christian Church does not fit any criteria for the Whore of Babylon, none whatsoever.

Rolland Baker once repeated a statement that he had overheard the radio made by some of the top muslim leaders in the continent of africa. Correct me if I'm wrong, but the Virgin Mother didn't write anything. Any fault with the way these are presented (accurate or imagined) rests solely on the person whom recorded them in such a way.

I'd like you to post a link to that "rule" you talked about, too. What I understand is that there are no contradictions between Sacred Tradition and Sacred Scripture. From an Orthodox website "But in the Church there has not been, nor ever will be, any contradictions, either in Scripture, or in tradition, or in works; for in all three is Christ, one and unchangeable. What is wrong with female priests? I don't understand, they are part of the Earth!

If you read the book of Genesis.. God created man first and appointed man to rule over woman. Since a priest is a position of authority in the church, the job should only be held by men.
