Don't mind if I vent here..
I must say, I watch a lot of fighting about the meaning of certain scriptures and certain theological views. Regardless of what side of the issue I stand on, I get angry and I have to believe it's a righteous anger because we are to be known by our love for each other as the body of Christ. Instead we post statements attacking other people of faith and argue to no end about it for all the world to see. I'm trying to not include any opinions here that can start any kind of argument.. except this one: if you show the world an un-unified body of Christ and do nothing but cause division..and cause "these little ones to stumble"..I have to wonder how harsh the judgment will be for you if you continually push people away from the faith with your endless, mindless, unloving, and uncaring BICKERING with other believers. Jesus help your body understand your plan of unity! I will work with churches and people that I don't agree with on aspects of our faith, but do we follow the same God? Yes. Have we accepted Christ as our savior and live out our lives as we see that we are supposed to live them? Yes. So, let's work together and heal a hurting world. PLEASE!
