Happy thoughts
Just seated there
Feet enclosed with soft sandy soil
Embracing my knee that supports my resting head
Look fixedly on the sun as it steadily goes down, down and down.
Sunset is just God apprising,
My child it's time to rest
Recover you strength
For I will fight the battle for you
My child, you are victorious!
With contentment and thankful heart
Inhaling the salty sea air
Colors of the sky unconcealed
Water curling into an arched form
Sounds like a victory song.
The sun just set.
And then again
I know tomorrow will be
Bright as His love for me
That is my Father's love, never ending.
