God did explain Himself in the very first book of the bible.
GENESIS 1: 1-2
In the beginning when God created the Hevens and earth, we were told the earth was empty and void and was without form. Darkness was upon rhe face of the deep and (THE SPIRIT OF GOD WAS BROODING OVER THE FACE OF THE WATERS)
Has anyone ever given a thought concerning what it was for the Spirit of God to brood over the surface of rhe waters?
listen to this, God did explain to us all Who He was even from the book of Genesis 1: 1-2. It takes devine understanding before anyone can capture the messages decorded there.
This is the true picture of it; the Spirit of God mentioned there is the mind of God (2 Corinthians 2: 11-12) Apostle Paul explained in that book of Corinthians that because they have the Spirit of God they do know what God has freely given to them.
With the Spirit of God, you will know the mind of God because the Spirit of God is the mind of God.
let us come back to Genesis 1:1-2. God ceeated a meaningless earth, an earth without form which happens to be void. God knew something has to be done to effect a change. Don't you forget that He creates us to be like Him. Now if you have issues concerning a matter you will definately THINK of a solution to solve the matter. likewise God was thinking of the solutions to employ in other to bring meanings to the empty, formless and void form of the eaeth He had created.
His Spirit BROODING; which was mentioned in Genesis only means His mind was think of solutions to be employed in other to bring meaning to the earth. Point to note here is this; God also has a (Mind) just as men do.
'OVER THE FACE OF THE WATERS' The waters mentioned in Genesis is a symbol of the working Spirit of God the creator. (JOHN 4: 14, JOHN 7:37 AND REVELATION 22: 1 AND 17) There Jesus confirmed to the people that He is the waters. He told the people to come to Him and drink of Him. He also told the Samaritan woman of the water He will give and they will never taste forever.
When the creator was about to put meanings to the void and empty earth, His mind was relating with Jesus the waters on what He is to create so as to make the earth a wonderful place. Jesus serves as the body of God who enables Gods creativity.
It might sounds quite interesting to you that God did brought out Himself in the first book and first verses of the book of Genesis. He has a Spirit soul that thinks and a spirit body that acts just the same way humans manifest.
Now back to my topic; If I may ask with this little explanation I have made, Is God trine, father ,son and Holy Spirit? In Genesis 1:26 God said; let us create man in our own image and after our likeness. Will this statement justify the much talk about issue of Trinity?
This issue of Trinity has been the bone of contention among Christian and non-Christians. For soo many years, the people are finding it so difficult to resolve this issues among one smother. If I should keep on like this, I will make a book of it all which I don't want to do so I will just summarise my points.
people are finding it every difficult to understand the issues of Trinity simply because they can't picture the true image of God and once you can't do that, it becomes absolutely impossible for anyone to explain this subject. for quite many generations, countless people have tried but failed simply because they failed to see the true picture of God in man. Do we truly believe the man was created in God's own image? (GENES5:1:1 AND 9:6) We shouldn't be having problems if we believe that because there we can explaine the issue of Trinity if it truly existed.
God creared Adam like Himself, having Spirit, soul and body. The spirit is God's Spirit which He gave to guide them in other to do what is right. the Soul is the real you because in him lies all your will, mental and Spiritual reasoning. He energizes the physical body to act. finally you have your physical human body whom God designed to be a container that will allow physical manifestation
God in the beginning have programmed His spirit to pass every necessary human actions to the human soul to delibrate upon since only in our soul lies the power or will to take the final decisions on every of our actions. lets take for example the Spirit of God passes onto the soul to go to church, the soul having fully delibrated upon it will make the decision to obey or reject or moderate it to please himself.
let us again assumes the soul accepted the biddings of God's spirit in man. All he as to do is to first think about a better way to do about it; he might think about an option of going with a bus, a private car if he has any or think of trekking over to the church if the location is not too far. After he must have made his various decisions, he will now energized or activates the body to manifest all his thoughts..
This explains it all. This is also how our God operates. Remember when He was creating the earth. His mind thought of alll the solutions and Jesus was there to manifest all His thoughts. Now that we have known we are operating in God's own likeness, are we to still believe God is trine?
sir and ma, can you call your Spirit Peter, your soul paul and your human body John? Allow me to also ask, are you complete without a soul or human body?
You can never be right when you say Jesus and the Holy Spirit are separate God's working in hamony as one. (JOHN 14: 7) Jesus emphatically told His deciples that they have seen God the father and was so surprised when His apostle Phillips couldn't believe Him. Just as your spirit,your soul and your body makes up a complete you. So also is Jehovah, Jesus and the Holy spirit makes up a complete God tou know.
Jesus never seperated Himself from God so why will I do such. The diciples never did either.
