I can't believe what I read ! Is all of that really true ? It's really like America's being forcibly transformed into a Nazi country ? Not much difference between that and what I read from education in Nazi Austria in WW2 !

These things drive me nuts. The world is decaying and you can't jus blame it on the a school systems. Yes kids have sex ed, but guess what parents! Step up and don't sign the consent. Get a grip and take th control that you have. Parents ALWAYS have to consent to those programs. And guess what! We live in a country where crazy things like a school shootings occur. God forbid your child be the one killed because you raged over them being involved in a drill. It's called preparation people, not indoctrination. Would you not discuss with your child other safety procedures simply because they're young?
Sometimes people go overboard but it's fear based and unfortunately in many cases its to protect the employees. Too my ignorant people are suing schools for doing less restrictive things for discipline, so now we've changed approaches.
I am a teacher. I have run those drills. I have followed some of those procedures, and I can tell you one thing. If a child was becoming excessively violent its better for students to see a child be restrained than a teacher get hurt.

#1 All 50 U.S. states are now constructing federally-mandated databases that will track the behavior and performance of all public school students in America throughout their entire school careers. According to the New York Post, the Obama administration wants to use the information that is gathered for a wide array of purposes….

Oh no, Obama wants all the information about our kids that he already has access too in one file! That's absolutely awful!

#2 All over America, school children are being immersed in the radical green agenda. In fact, in many areas of the country children are actively trained to watch how their parents behave and to correct them when they are being “environmentally unfriendly”. The following is from a recent New York Times article about this phenomenon….

Because being earth-friendly is so awful.

#4 All over America, students are being taught that the First Amendment does not apply in public schools. Expressions of free speech in school are often cracked down upon very hard. For example, one group of high school athletes was recently suspended for “Tebowing” in the hallways of their school.

I kept my mouth shut in school and got by just fine. What is so important for these other kids to disrupt class and block the hallways?

#5 Many public school sex education classes have totally crossed the line. Instead of just “educating” children about sex, many sex ed courses are now “indoctrinating” children about sex. One recent example of this was detailed in the New York Times….

I never had sex education. Just in seventh grade our 70 year old teacher separated the boys from the girls to talk about puberty in science class. Kids nowadays have the internet and can look up whatever they want so don't be alarmed if they're more informed than you.

#6 Sadly, this “sexual indoctrination” appears to be working. According to one recent study, sexual conduct between teen girls in the United States is now at the highest level ever recorded.

That makes sense, blame it on the class rather than our sex-crazed TV shows, movies, and music.

#11 A teenager in suburban Dallas was recently forced to take on a part-time job after being ticketed for using bad language in one high school classroom. The original ticket was for $340, but additional fees have raised the total bill to $637.

Majority of teenagers do get part-time jobs. His reasoning behind having to get it was wrong, but it doesn't change the fact that he might have eventually just got one on his own to have his own money.

#13 Our children are being programmed to accept the fact that they will be watched and monitored constantly. For example, the U.S. Department of Agriculture is spending large amounts of money to install surveillance cameras in the cafeterias of public schools all across the nation so that government control freaks can closely monitor what our children are eating.

Because having children eat healthy is such a terrible crime. Also, installing cameras will help to monitor if someone starts a fight. Fights do break out in the cafeteria and fellow classmates might not be willing to tell the truth as to who started it and a teacher may not have seen.

#15 Last year, a 17 year-old honor student in North Carolina named Ashley Smithwick accidentally took her father’s lunch with her to school. It contained a small paring knife which he would use to slice up apples. So what happened to this standout student when the school discovered this? The school suspended her for the rest of the year and the police charged her with a misdemeanor.

You're not suppose to bring knives to school. Even if it was a mistake. At my school my homeroom teacher told all of us if we ever accidentally brought in a knife like that all we had to do was bring it to her and she would not report us. First of all this is why I always check everything before leaving for school. My bag and lunchbox to make sure nothing got put in there that's not suppose to be. This girl should have found a teacher she trusted and told that teacher. Her being an honor student and all they more than likely would have believed it was an accident.

#16 According to blogger Alexander Higgins, students in kindergarten and the 1st grade in the state of New Jersey are now required by law to participate “in monthly anti-terrorism drills”. The following is an excerpt from a letter that he recently received from the school where his child attends….
Each month a school must conduct one fire drill and one security drill which may be a lockdown, bomb threat, evacuation, active shooter, or shelter-in place drill. All schools are now required by law to implement this procedure.

I've participated in those drills and I can say I'm glad I did. The only one we never practiced was a bomb threat. When I was in seventh grade someone called a bomb threat into the school. It got as serious as us actually being evacuated. As a student I could tell based on the faces of the teachers that none of them was expecting that to happen. That was a very scary day. Most students can judge whether something is a drill or not based on the teachers reactions. A lot of times the teachers are pre-warned of an upcoming drill. Majority of the drills we had our teachers told us it was a drill so we would not be frightened.

#20 Last year, a high school student in Southern California was suspended for two days because he had private conversations with his classmates during which he discussed Christianity. He was also banned from bringing his Bible to school ever again.

My high school actually had a club just for Christian students. They met every Wednesday morning around the flag pole and prayed. I constantly wore T-Shirts that had Bible verses on them. A few other students actually complimented me on them and other than that nothing was said to me.

#21 In early 2010, a 12 year old girl in New York was arrested by police and marched out of her school in handcuffs just because she doodled on her desk. “I love my friends Abby and Faith” was what she reportedly wrote on her desk.

While it's wrong she was arrested she should have been punished. That is considered vandalism.

#24 Other students in Florida have actually been arrested for bringing a plastic butter knife to school, for throwing an eraser, and for drawing a picture of a gun.

Plastic knives aren't allowed. You can still hurt someone with one. Granted you can with a fork too, but you don't have to have a knife to eat. Throwing an eraser could hurt someone, especially if it were to hit them in the eye. You're not suppose to draw or even make your hand in the shape of a gun. What compelled the kid to draw a gun? I mean why did he feel the need to draw one?

#25 Virginia Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli has announced that school officials can search the cell phones and laptops of public school students if there are “reasonable grounds for suspecting that the search will turn up evidence that the student has violated or is violating either the law or the rules of the school.”

I would have nothing to hide. You know when there is a school shooting a sometimes that student might text someone about it or message them on FB or drop a little hint. Anyways, if your child has something to hide then I think you should want to know what that thing is.

Now I didn't address every issue because for one I don't have time for that and two the above were the ones that I think people are overreacting about. My question is why can't students just follow school rules? They really are not that hard to follow and your school life will be way easier if you just sit down, shut up and do what you went to school to do, which is learn. Also, you have the option to home school your child. No one is forcing you to send your child to public schools.

There isn't one single person in the world who has no responsibility in any of this! A country that was filled with people who loved the Lord enough to live as he directs would not have these things happen. It is so even in dictatorships, they come to power following the people they take over.

Even my little 11 year old neighbor who told me she was sexually active is part of bringing these things on. If an 11 year old is helping to bring on the problem, think what adults who say "with the power of Jesus" can do.

Well, this is the product of people suing all the time.

In my Job they have something called 'health and safety'. In reality it's just to protect the company from being sued.
