Babies are cute, lovable and cuddly, God made them that way so that women would want them and be proud of them, men would want them too. Puppies and kittens are downright adorable, that's why people like them as pets. A lot of animal babies are cute. Human babies take a long time to grow up, there is a long bonding process between the parents, child and siblings.

Modern day psychiatrists blame the parents, usually the mother, if something goes wrong with a young person's mental process. There is such pressure on parents these days to raise children perfectly, fearing that any mistake and your child could grow up to become a monster. I guess a lot of unbelieving worldly people are afraid of having children until the situations is "perfect"

Don't they know there's no such thing as perfect?

I can't have kids because I am mentally ill. If I do have children, they could have serious mental problems and handicaps. So I have decided I will never have sex.

Maybe Christians should encourage the world's non-Christian parents to abort their pregnancies. The accountable non-Christian adult parents-to-be are, per Christian doctrine, are already likely destined for Hell, due to their non-Christian faiths. Do you REALLY WANT the babies to go to Heaven, or do you want them to grow up past the age of accountability, where they will likely go to Hell? Apparently, it doesn't matter how meaningful someone's life will be, how much love they give, how many people they help, etc. if they don't profess "Jesus" at the end, they are DOOMED FOR ETERNITY. The pain of an aborted baby pales next to their SUFFERING FOR ETERNITY. If this "dilemma" makes you uncomfortable, please set me LOGICALLY straight. Maybe it's the hard-line "accept Jesus or suffer for eternity" doctrine that is not completely correct here.

It's rather simple. God commanded us not to murder. It is not up to us to decide the eternal fate of anyone.

I think John 16:2 also applies to this subject. A person may think they are doing a good service for God by killing children (and thus assuring them of heaven) but you can't disobey God's prohibitions and think you are doing good.

So you think maybe there is some "wiggle room" with regards to the doctrine of all non-believers going to Hell ? I'm not saying CHRISTIANS should murder babies.....just encourage THE NON-CHRISTIAN PARENTS to do it. THOSE SAME PARENTS, per Christian doctrine, are going to Hell anyway. In this way, the non-accountable BABIES would go to Heaven. If they grew up past the age of accountability, huge chances are that they would remain in their heathen faiths and die "unsaved".

I would look at it as the act is horrible...but it may be a solace or comfort that the babies are in Jesus arms. Same goes when I hear about a small child having harm done to them and the horror they faced before they died. The only comfort there is - is that the child is with Jesus. There are two conflicting emotions in that.
