Does anyone know of a program that can send my kids Christmas gifts? I have been stressed recently and I have missed the date for signing up for the Angel Tree in my town. All other programs are to far for me to get to my car has broken down and this year I just can not seem to get ahead. My husband lost his job just two weeks ago and now we are in a rut. I've been working and helping my mom out since she has been in and out of the hospital. I feel so lost right now please if you know of a program that can help please let me know.

What about your church? Do they have any sort of program to help families in need? Also, where I live, the local police department collects gifts/food and delivers them to families that have fallen on hard times. Do you have anything like that in your area?

Yes thank you! I did talk with my pastor and walked around the local churches only one does a program but they donate the toys to toys for tots and the police department donates to the angel tree program. I tried talking to the angel tree program they just started here this year but they said I was to late to sign up. Thank you so much though God Bless!
