The difference between myself and you two post-teenagers, is I'm not in this thread tearing down the government, the military, and every structure of modern society. I stated that your babbling sounds like the crap that spills out of the cheeseburger disposal of Alex Jones.

If either of you would put forth 1% of the effort to change things as you do to sit here on-line griping, then things would change and people your own age and older than you might star taking you seriously. Until then, you're entertaining to watch like the shows where guys hit themselves in the crotch or fall off ladders.

Please continue with all the espousing of the info you've gleaned from your multiple watchings of "Zeitgeist, The Movie". Don't let me get in the way. Please get on your soapbox and educate all of us.

We're waiting...
Then tell your government to stop killing us whenever we try to change things.

"You can change Satan's legion by being a part of it and changing it from within"

No you can't. The whole system is screwed. Lol you aren't going to elect the "right candidate" and fix things.

And how dare you call me a post-teenager like you know who I am or what I've done. Get out of here with your boot-licking hogwash and stop swallowing everything Bill O'Reilly pours down your throat.

I'm not being hypocritical at all. I said we were taught as children to be seen and not heard (not that we learned anything). But what I implied was that you talk too much and I stand by that.
That's nice keep your old fashioned ways of having silent children or whatever.... since you don't even know me on a personal level your assessment of me talking too much is hilarious and solely based upon my viewpoint/posts not agreeing with your worldview. I'm not a child anymore so that silent children crap can take a hike, I'm an adult so I can espouse my views and I won't be silent if you don't like to read it skip my posts, it's a free forum after all :)

I'm going to cut and paste from the other thread simply because you're not worth me typing it out fresh again:

"Protip:

Just because I don't believe in conspiracy theories doesn't mean I buy into the MSM propaganda. That's 2-dimensional thinking, and you ought to know better than that. The absence of one thing does not necessarily equal the presence of it's polar opposite.

That's why so many people are so lost - they can only think in extremes and they miss out on all the stuff in the middle."

Let me explain myself and retract the thing about talking too much. I apologize for that and hope you forgive me. I think I'm just impatient - mainly because I've heard all this before. I've heard it all my life in variation. Do you really think you're the first who thinks the we are not free? Do you think you're ideas are the newest and the most resvolutionary? Have you read Ecclesiastes? There really is nothing new.

Why do you concern yourself with these worldly things? I mean, of course we've got to remain vigilant with preserving as much self governance and freedom as possible, but this isn't my main concern. Do you really think a nation of sinners and lost souls can self militarize? Do you think humans can be trusted with even their own self preservation? Do you honestly believe men will not covet whatever might be worth coveting? There will be no more sloth? Greed?

I think this is a lesson, of sorts, in the real freedom preserved for us through Christ. I really believe that when humans understood discernment - when Adam and Eve ate from the tree of knowledge - that we also understood the concept of perfection - which included freedom. So we know what freedom looks like only it's frustrating for us because of our imperfection. We can't attain the perfect freedom.

That makes us angry. It makes us frustrated and makes us blame the ones before us. "We will change things", we say, "things will be better now" as we march ourselves single file and in cadence to our doom. There's nothing new under the sun here.

So - it is futility, I think, I grow impatient with. The futility of our organization. The futility of our governance. The futility of life without God; without salvation through Christ. This is why I think of these as the childish things that will (hopefully) be put away so that we peer into our own dark hearts and fully understand the only freedom; that through Christ.

I think it would be stupid and foolish NOT to worry about the military and what it's doing in foreign countries. It's stupid and foolish not to worry about what Obummer is doing, he's the worst president EVER. It's stupid to NOT believe that there IS an NWO, the bible speaks quite clearly of it AND so do all the presidents, from Washington to Obummer. All the major musicians, actors, politicians, presidents and other key power players speak of the NWO, the Illuminati, etc. If those thing did not exist, there wouldn't be any need to mention them. Y'all need to wake up and get your heads outta the sand. This world is headed rapidly to hell. :/

I forgive you :) No hard feelings, just sometimes people like to lump young people as complete idiots which I admit the majority act like they have no brain but some like me and bushido think outside the box so to speak and question things that don't seem right. I am not blaming any previous generation or even my current generation, b/c people in both have spoken out against the money elite who control nations but nothing ever changes because those elite have a lot of power. I understand your frustration of hearing the same things about what's wrong with government and the powerlessness felt b/c the average joe is a small person compared to the corporate shills who work in dc. I agree it is futile to "armed" resistance against these elite b/c they control the world's best military and even if people did rise up they would be no match for a us marine who is professionally trained to kill. The perspective I have is that yes I agree we need to trust Christ in these crazy times but we shouldn't completely shut out what's going on in the government but monitor what actions they are doing and take steps to secure oneself/family to weather any difficulties that may arise.... Sort of like Joseph in the Bible prepared for the famine in Egypt by being warned by Pharoah's dream...while I know God gave that dream to promote Joseph we similarly should be aware of what govt is doing in "our name". This elite system will not be destroyed until Christ comes back because 1. they have the power and military 2. there are not enough people aware that their govts are playing them in many areas, 3. anyone who speaks out against these elite are usually silenced by intimidation or sent to the grave.
Jesus even said to be wise as serpents but innocent as doves and also that the children of the world are smarter than the children of the light (story of the dishonest servant in Luke 16). What I take that to personally mean is that Jesus wants us to be follower of Him but at the same time be aware of what's going on around us (in the world) so that we can take action to assist and help ourself and others...

All that to say I only advocate vigilance (knowing what's going on in society etc) not armed (group) resistance b/c armed resistance is futile against a rigged system. However I do believe in guns and protecting oneself/family....by all means if someone is trying to take your family away you need to fill that person with lead to defend your family....Hope this clears up things! God Bless! :)

Cool copy/paste. Unfortunately, I haven't mentioned 1 conspiracy theory and this has no relation to what we are discussing. But in the spirit of random debate, here's my random copy/paste to combat your random copy/paste:

"During those early years, Hendrix went through a variety of instruments, usually Fenders. With the Isley Brothers in 1964, he played a Desert Sand colored Duo Sonic (most likely a 1959 model given the rosewood neck) on which he installed a VMA-1 tremolo harvested from an Epiphone Wilshire."

I have been thinking about joining the military, but I have a few factories that play into my decision. The biggest being that my parents do not support this choice at all. I don't want to disappoint them because I know things will be difficult between us if I make the decision to join. My next concern is I don't feel led by the Holy Ghost to join; I just personally want to go, and last is this decision going to affect my Christian walk? How does the military view Christians? Any advice appreciated.

I guess my only advice is to remember that... "If you live by the sword, you die by the sword." Joining the military, even if you don't take a combative role, is being submissive to having to live by the sword when told to. Only feel called to do this if you can measure the fact that that statement holds true. Karma is as karma does.

I'll be very honest with you. I joined because I could play with millions of dollars worth of neat toys, and I was pretty sure I would be able to get in some combat.
