My brother is going through a divorce because of adultery. (lady side)
He had 10 terrible months not available to see his kids.
Because of a restriction order. Base in non sense. (my country laws)
This is the second time he is going to be with his kids after all this awful situation.
He is into a lot of pain and sorrow for not sharing as he used to whit his kids.
He needs to heal and forgive. How can I help him and the kids?
Blessings.

Dear sister. Welcome to Christian Chat & Forums. Sadly the laws are stripping many fathers of all their rights and pushing many to commit suicide. It is just as painful for a father to be separated from his children as a mother would be. Keep in close contact with him. Pray with him. He needs to hear the loving affirmation of a woman's voice. Especially if he has been abused verbally for a long time. It would be great if you could go to any court hearings and stand with him. Healing and forgiveness takes quite some time. The bible talks about how powerful the tongue is. Words can wound a person more than physical abuse. I will commit him to prayer. I am sure you will be hearing from others on here. Thank you Kary for standing with your brother. Blessings, Larry

I walked, once that way... Time heals!

Now, I visit my kids irregularly, but those days I felt it hard to be bore. :(

Praying for your brother to be able to see his children regularly. In my opinion, the adulterer should not be given the children, for fear of influencing the children for evil.

Sadly, this does not seem to happen anywhere in the world today! Oh, and welcome to Christian Chat!
