Hi there, i am kent from the philippines and right now i am financially down, i am in thailand right now and want to do missions but lack of money. I am 27 years old and residing in ubon ratchatani.

I would say that if the Lord is calling you to serve and you have no money then you have been gifted with time. He does expect you to serve with what you don't have but with what he has gifted you with. If He hasn't gifted you with either than you can serve by using this site to pray and comfort those with more difficulty than you. Besides, people these days are weary of internet scams so the time you do have would be better well spent in more productive ways then solicitation.

You don't need money to show people the love of Jesus. You should start with those who God has in your life right now. Your neighbors. The people around you, your city. Our life is our testimony. Everyday kind acts. Or just do what you can with what you can get. Mow your elder neighbors lawn, play with a lonely child or games with a lonely adult. Help in whatever way you can which often requires no money. Invite people to your dinner whom most people shun away. If you have the Bible then you have the very words of God Himself to share!

How and if we love people will be what we are judged for.

Matthew 25:34 "Then the King will say to those on his right, 'Come, you who are blessed by my Father; take your inheritance, the kingdom prepared for you since the creation of the world.35 For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in,
36 I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.' 37 "Then the righteous will answer him, 'Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you something to drink? 38 When did we see you a stranger and invite you in, or needing clothes and clothe you? 39 When did we see you sick or in prison and go to visit you?' 40 "The King will reply, 'Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.'

If your ministry is in Christ, he has already provided the resources. Look carefully, they are there. If you don't find the resources, it's time to reassess the ministry.

Lord God, Please help this young person identify the resources that You have provided. In the most precious name of Jesus I pray. Amen
