I believe God does change our hearts and our minds. The moment we are born again He begins His work within.

It takes awhile, and we are the problem when we do not listen to Him and we try to hold on to our old ways. But slowly we learn to trust God. We let go of those things which hinder us from living as God desires and we mature spiritually.


Hebrews 10:16 This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, saith the Lord, I will put my laws into their hearts, and in their minds will I write them;
