Are you willing and ready to become a student of the love walk? If so, you need to know that it requires education and commitment.
We must have our minds renewed to what love really is. Love is tangible; it is not just a spiritual thing that cannot be seen or touched. It is evident to everyone who comes in contact with it. Love is a decision we make―a decision to treat people the way Jesus would treat them
When we make a true commitment to walk in love, it usually causes a huge shift in our lifestyle. Many of our ways―our thoughts, conversation, habits―have to change. For instance, we may be accustomed to spending all of our extra money on ourselves only to discover that walking in love requires that we spend it on others.
A love walk does not come easily or without personal sacrifice. Each time we choose to love someone, it will cost us something―time, money or effort. That’s why we are told to count the cost before we make the commitment.
Look for love in action. Try to find someone who operates in love and study that individual. Watch how he or she handles people and difficult or tense situations. Observe how they give. Examine the fruit of their life.
I encourage you to view love as your first priority in life. Study it, seek it, pursue and acquire it, becauseGod’s Word boldly tells us that we’re nothing without it.

Greetings Sister Becky,
Very well said. Love is Everything.

What most people do not know nor realize is that when a person stands before God on Judgement Day, they will not be judged based on what kind of sins they committed, how many times they have sinned, or how many time they have not sinned. What WILL be judged is :
How much you have loved others and how much you failed to love others.

A person can keep the whole law perfectly, do no sin, perfect, and unblameable, but still will not enter into Heaven, because they lacked LOVE FOR ONE ANOTHER.

Christians are commanded to do two things, to love God and to love one another, THAT is what we will be judged on, come Judgement Day.

I totally agree, people gets mixed up between infatuation and real love. It is a total sacrifice in life, regardless of any situation. What a shame that not everyone thinks like that.

What gospel are you reading????

Wow, I realize the greatest command is to love God with all your heart, mind and soul, and to love your neighbor as yourself, but love does not rejoice in iniquity!

Love is to obey the word, not try to obey!

What you said above is very dangerous, you claim we will not be judged on what sins we committed, and I hope and pray you don't mean a vile child molester, fornicator, adulterer, drunkard etc, is included in your no judgement gospel!

Love is telling the truth, and you do not see how repentance and faith work, and how we will be judged BY our deeds! Unles you believe the lie that proclaims we were born sinners, and Jesus is your substitute and God doesnt see you sin, but sees Jesus, so you are not under condemnation as long as you just accept Jesus into your heart!

Jesus made it clear:

Rev 22:11 He that is unjust, let him be unjust still: and he which is filthy, let him be filthy still: and he that is righteous, let him be righteous still: and he that is holy, let him be holy still.
Rev 22:12And, behold, I come quickly; and my rewardiswith me, to give every man according as his work shall be.

You will be judged in the condition Jesus finds you in, either just or unjust.

Again I sure hope you don't mean we can sin like the devil and not be under the condemnation of God!

Walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

Rom 8:1 There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

There is a huge difference between walking after the spirit, and waking after the flesh. Most think they are in the spirit when they have never come to Christ and salvation on His terms!
Most also think that the NO condemnation part is a done deal, when they confess the sinners prayer, admit they are a poor sinner, and accept Jesus into their heart, when in reality nothing happened, they are still defiled and double minded, but their pastor tells them now you are free from any condemnation what so ever!
Even though they are still in their unconverted carnal state, sold under sin! This is what is being produced today by the multitudes thinking they are safe and saved, under NO condemnation, because Romans 8-1 says so, but they fail to see the to do part of this very critical verse from Romans!
Yes, there is NO condemnation for those who are IN Christ, who have crucified their flesh with Him, Galatians 2-20, through real repentance and faith, and are now walking in the newness of life, free from the bondages of sin, temptation and the devil, not by some magical substitution, but by the power, and blood of Christ, who came as a sin offering, to ransom sinful mankind from the corrupting influences of sin! Hebrews, 9-14. Plus forgive mankind for all their past sins. Romans 3-25.
If a real conversion happens as described in James 1-21-22, through real repentance and faith, both proven by a changed heart, made pure, sincere and full of love, walking in the spirit while keeping the deeds of the flesh dead, then there is now no condemnation, for those who are IN Christ, crucified to the flesh and its harmful desires, being sensitive to the spirit and its leading.
If you walk IN the spirit then you cannot be also walking in the flesh, its either one or the other, thus the condemnation comes to those who return to their vomit, re crucifying Christ again and again, for willful, presumptuous sins that should have been put to death at conversion.
Gal 6:7 Do not be deceived, God is not mocked. For whatever a man sows, that he also will reap.
Gal 6:8 For he sowing to his flesh will reap corruption from the flesh. But he sowing to the Spirit will reap life everlasting from the Spirit.
IF you are walking the crucified life in all humility and power of the spirit within, then condemnation will be lifted off your soul, as you remain IN the spirit, producing the fruits of the spirit, and guarding your heart from the temptations that so easily ensnare those who have never done their first works in repentance, stepping in and out of the light, and remaining carnal and double minded!!
Rom 8:6 For to be carnally minded is death, but to be spiritually minded is life and peace
Rom 8:7 because the carnal mind is enmity(an enemy) against God, for it is not subject to the Law of God, neither indeed can it be.
Those who have gone through a true conversion, and have come to God broken in repentance, cleansed and purged of all known vile sins against Him, are now not under the condemnation of God, because they have crucified their flesh as commanded, Galatians 2-20, walking IN the light of Christ, so all they do, will be with a sound mind and heart, the motives will be pure, with good intent, and all done in love and sincerity, not for selfish gain, fulfilling the lust of the eyes and the pride in self, but with a heart geared to obedience to the truth, a living active obedience which will be imputed to us by faith, which is also the same as obedience to the commands of God which are not burdensome!
So the purity of the heart is crucial in all aspects of a real conversion, because without this heart purity, made possible through our free will and ability to obey from the heart, forsake all know sin, as the whole city of Nineveh did, then coming broken before God in an acceptable state, it will be impossible to walk in the spirit, and receive NO condemnation from God, as Romans 8-1 states, but a life filled with sin repent, sin repent, sin repent, and I mean fornicate, repent, get drunk repent, lie, cheat steal repent, etc..
God made it clear, the pure in heart will see Him, and please Him, and I don’t mean a perfect heart as perfect as God’s, BUT a heart that has been purified completely, by laying aside all wickedness and filthiness, and now ready to receive His implanted word with all meekness and humility, and not all the many neglected scriptures you never hear in church, or they tell you they never apply to you, are now totally understood, and adhered to, because they keep you in His grace, as you obey them, by denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, then living soberly, righteously and godly in this present age, where grace isnt’t abused or taken in vain, and the great condemnation of God is lifted, as you walk in the spirit, and the new life In following Christ on the narrow road!

Well said Becky!
Our love should be manifested in action. Love is incomplete when based solely on words but is complete when demonstrated by action. How can we show others Christ's love? Simple acts of kindness like opening the door for someone who needs help, mowing your neighbor's lawn, offering your sit on the bus to an elderly person, sharing the good news of the love of Christ to others, living in peace with others, etc., are ways to demonstrate love. They'll know we are Christians by our love. This is my commandment, That ye love one another, as I have loved you. (John 15:12).
Jesus showed practical love to His disciples when He washed their feet and He showed the greatest one by laying down His life for us.

In addition, a Christian's obedience (action) to God's commands is the indication of their love for Him. If ye love me, keep my commandments (John 14:15).

Let's aim for practical love.

What gospel are you reading????
The Word of God, i would hope the same Gospel you are reading.

Wow, I realize the greatest command is to love God with all your heart, mind and soul, and to love your neighbor as yourself, but love does not rejoice in iniquity!
Who has said this? Who said to rejoice in iniquity? Friend are you suggesting that i have said this? Are you putting words into my mouth, as if i would say something like that? You could have merely asked me, if that is what i am saying, instead of falsely accusing me of saying something like that. (or implying that i have said that, or believe that) Love does not, nor ever will rejoice in iniquity.

Love is to obey the word, not try to obey!
So what i hear you saying in this statement is "love is to do works". i teach "love is to LOVE" you teach then "Love is to obey the Word". Brother anyone can obey the Word, and not love at all. For example i could NOT steal from Bob because the Word says thou shalt not steal, how is that have to do with LOVE for Bob? Nothing. God is love. if then you express LOVE to others you express God. love is to LOVE.

Dave stands before God on Judgement Day, he is giving an account of stealing from Tina. Now many say it is the sin of theft that Dave will have to account for, because it is written Thou shalt not steal, and clearly Dave broke that LAW. But i tell you the Truth, he is not going to be judged based on the LAW to not steal, he is not going to be judged concerning the sin of theft, he is going to be judged because he failed to love Tina, that is his sin. He did not show love towards Tina, he stole from her because he did not love her. If he would have loved her, he would not have stole from her.

The law reveals what sin is, we are not under the law, but under LOVE, we are commanded to love one another, when we fail to do so, we sin. Not because the Law says it is a sin, but because we failed to love another.

So you may teach in your doctrine that if a person steals 50 times they will give account for 50 time breaking the LAW. But the Truth is they will stand before God on Judgement Day and give account for why they failed to love who they stole from each time. Its all about the LOVE, not the LAW. God is LOVE, God is not the LAW.

If a person truly LOVES OTHERS, they will abide in all the Word of God. For it is written LOVE fulfills the whole law, and also it is written that LOVE covers a multitude of sins. The same sins that you say we will have to account for on Judgement Day, do you not? If then Love covers a multitude of sins, then it will be the LOVE that we have for others that will be judged (yes they are works) and not the sins which our love has covers. This is in no way giving permission to sin, for if a person knowingly and willingly sins, where is the love for Jesus Christ? If you truly love Jesus Christ, you will not obey His enemy the devil when he tempts you to commit sin.

What you said above is very dangerous, you claim we will not be judged on what sins we committed, and I hope and pray you don't mean a vile child molester, fornicator, adulterer, drunkard etc, is included in your no judgement gospel!
Again you do not understand what i am saying. A person will not stand before God and be judged because of the sin of child molesting. A person will stand before God and be judged why he/she failed to love, care, and protect that child. YES, that person is judged for that particular thing, but not because of the sin itself, but the failure to love. An adulterer will be judged on Judgement Day, NOT because of the sin adultery, but they will judged why they failed to love their spouse by committing that adultery, they will have to also answer why they would cause the other woman to commit fornication, where is the love for the other woman? This man who committed adultery will not have to account for the sin of adultery, he will indeed account for why he failed to love his wife, and also failed to love the other woman to cause her to stumble by fornicating. Do you understand?

Love is telling the truth, and you do not see how repentance and faith work, and how we will be judged BY our deeds! Unles you believe the lie that proclaims we were born sinners, and Jesus is your substitute and God doesnt see you sin, but sees Jesus, so you are not under condemnation as long as you just accept Jesus into your heart!
Brother, do you do this to others as well? you say above "and you do not see how repentance and faith work" These are your words not mine, this is what you believe i to mean, and here is wisdom, how easy would it have been to merely ask me, if that is what i was saying, instead of accusing me of this thing. i know full well how repentance and faith works, go to my website and read the article on Faith/Work/or Both. If you did not understand what i was saying above, would it not have been more Godly to ask me, instead of assuming that i believed this way or that way? Also i do not believe Once Saved Always Saved, have an article on that as well. and i am also firm believer in obedience to the Word of God, i myself live it and abide in His Word. Many things you have said about me, that are not True, all because you did not understand what i was saying in my post. If then you don't understand, ask. before jumping to conclusions.

Love you Brother, hope that helped the misunderstanding
