I am a new member and have much to share

5 years ago my son was killed in a horrible single car accident. I have been told that God could have stopped the wreck if he wanted to. I feel that my son died due to a very bad choice he made involving alcohol. I feel like God took over as soon as he died. The day after Will's burial a cloud appeared in the shape of his initial W. I made the comment after posting this picture on facebook that I could hear Will talking to God saying "Hey God can I play with your clouds? I want to message my family and let them know that I am with you."
I received a facebook comment from a retired man from our neighboring county saying that he too took a W picture on the same day. I messaged back and he told me that this cloud quickly broke up and formed another image that looked like wings.
One week later on Christmas Eve a cloud spelling Will was taken directly over our church cemetery.
Much has gone on in my life since...divorce followed by the death of my mother.
I have felt moved to share this story for some time...the time is now...so much that I want to do!!!!

That is a very unusual cloud formation.

I'm sorry for your loss, often the young think they are invincible, unfortunately it is often proven otherwise. Be assured that God was and is with you throughout your life's journey throughout all the pain and anguish you have experienced He never left your side - not once. I pray The Lord to shower you with His blessings. :)

I lost my younger brother - my parents lost a son and 4 mths later almost lost me. My parents did everything they could to try and keep a normal and happy home for me. But at night I would sometimes hear my mother crying... losing your child is a wound that never heals. I would look for signs of my brother - to me I didnt care if the signs were true or not - I just wanted it to be real because I felt better thinking they were...

I went to a clairvoyant twice... I went there n specifically didnt wanna give out clues because i wanted that person to be truthful and not give me half-truths n play with my broken heart... she was hoplessly vague

the second time was ...wow.. theres a young boy behind me..then decribes him...decribes how he is..describes how he looks...n said exectly what I thought he's say. Again I dont care if this is real or not - I just want it to be real...I walked out crying n sending my heart to him.

I am guessing you did the same when you saw the clouds...

But what choice did a five year old have involving alcohol and driving? That sounded odd.

Zoii, never EVER go to a clairvoyant, the Bible warns us against anything that is not of God and this includes clairvoyants. I once asked my pastor how these people know so much about the deceased and he said satan gives them the information, I believe him because it's the only thing that makes any sense. Pray to God, He is the only one in control of the deceased. God bless you Zoii. :)

Absolutely positive. We are NOT to consult psychics, clairvoyants, etc, about the dead. As MPW said, they get their info from satan. Does God give some people that ability? Maybe but I highly doubt it.

A clairvoyant is a form of medium, which God forbids in the Bible, Zoii.

“Do not turn to mediums or necromancers; do not seek them out, and so make yourselves unclean by them: I am the Lord your God." Lev. 19:31

"There shall not be found among you anyone who burns his son or his daughter as an offering, anyone who practices divination or tells fortunes or interprets omens, or a sorcerer [SUP]11 [/SUP]or a charmer or a medium or a necromancer or one who inquires of the dead,
[SUP]12 [/SUP]for whoever does these things is an abomination to the Lord. And because of these abominations the Lord your God is driving them out before you." Deut. 18:1-12

The Philistines assembled and came and encamped at Shunem. And Saul gathered all Israel, and they encamped at Gilboa. [SUP]5 [/SUP]When Saul saw the army of the Philistines, he was afraid, and his heart trembled greatly. [SUP]6 [/SUP]And when Saul inquired of the Lord, the Lord did not answer him, either by dreams, or by Urim, or by prophets. [SUP]7 [/SUP]Then Saul said to his servants,“Seek out for me a woman who is a medium, that I may go to her and inquire of her.” And his servants said to him, “Behold, there is a medium at En-dor.”
[SUP]8 [/SUP]So Saul disguised himself and put on other garments and went, he and two men with him. And they came to the woman by night. And he said, “Divine for me by a spirit and bring up for me whomever I shall name to you.” [SUP]9 [/SUP]The woman said to him, “Surely you know what Saul has done, how he has cut off the mediums and the necromancers from the land. Why then are you laying a trap for my life to bring about my death?” [SUP]10 [/SUP]But Saul swore to her by the Lord, “As the Lord lives, no punishment shall come upon you for this thing.” [SUP]11 [/SUP]Then the woman said, “Whom shall I bring up for you?” He said, “Bring up Samuel for me" 1 Sam. 28:4-11

This applies to you, Zoii, but sadly it applies to the OP. I do not believe God comforts us with shapes in the clouds. Because we live in relationship with Jesus Christ, we have the Holy Spirit to comfort us. We have other Christians to comfort us.

I am sorry for your loss, Willpower, but God speaks to us with the small still voice, and the presence of the Holy Spirit, as well as the Word of God. This is bordering on divination!

"Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort, [SUP]4 [/SUP]who comforts us in all our affliction, so that we may be able to comfort those who are in any affliction, with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God. [SUP]5 [/SUP]For as we share abundantly in Christ's sufferings, so through Christ we share abundantly in comfort too" 2 Cor. 1:3-5

God does not allow people to come back from the dead to give us signs. That is spiritism. A form of divination or mediums. It is basically the occult, and Christ has set us free from that. Besides, I think if you did receive a sign, it would likely be a trap of the devil, to suck you into his web of lies and deceit.

I am so sorry for the loss of your brother. You need to just trust Christ and look forward to the day you will meet him again.
