Well, I think you fully understand that no one sees Jesus or God or the Holy Spirit or reads each word and concept of the Bible exactly as another person does. Yet some actually do believe there is no possibility that what they have come to believe about any or all of those things can be any way but the one and only perfect way they, themselves, understand it. And they make no bones about quickly letting others know "YOU HAVE TO BE WRONG.... BECAUSE I KNOW I AM RIGHT!!!"
Ok, no argument here.
But you do agree we Christians accept that the only way to heaven is through Jesus and that there is only one Jesus.

No, not in the way most Western Christians try to impose it upon others.

Suppose an Isis fighter who never in his life meets anyone who has ever heard of Jesus, comes to understand Jesus' way of loving others and wants this for his life.

The next morning, a Christian B-117 pilot drops a bomb on him.

Where does he end up? He never heard this strange-sounding English word, "Jesus." He doesn't even know what a "Bible" is. Yet he was made by the same God who made you, and he was touched by the same sort of mysterious inner love we all claim.

Now, I will play Larry King, and try to get you to say he went to Hell. Are you going to let me do that?

I think there is far more to Jesus than the narrow "rule box" we have placed Him in.

God is put into boxes.
But He refuses to stay there.
He's found everywhere.

Yes. So many of us try to insist that if the words typeset in a black book aren't read to you, then God is incapable of touching your heart. We honestly do seem to think that "coming to God through Jesus" is swearing allegiance to a certain name we were taught in our culture.

2 Timothy 4:1-4

I solemnly charge you in the presence of God and of Christ Jesus, who is to judge the living and the dead, and by His appearing and His kingdom: preach the word; be ready in season and out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort, with great patience and instruction.

For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but wanting to have their ears tickled, they will accumulate for themselves teachers in accordance to their own desires, and will turn away their ears from the truth and will turn aside to myths.
This is interesting.
Let's start with you.
Who do you listen to and why?
Let's put your leaders to the test like you do others.

Wouldn't that fact still be true if you had never seen Romans 1:20 in your whole life..... didn't even know it had ever been written?

Romans 1:18 For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness;
19 ¶ Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them.
20 For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:
21 Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.
22 Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools,

Natural revelation points all men to God. They are all without excuse.

John 3:19 And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.
20 For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved.
21 But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.

Men turn away from God by choice. If you think they are not hearing God then go and tell them.

We are NOT the people of the book.
Our God is alive and not a printed word.

How far do you suppose God will go to reach a soul that seeks after Him?

Oh Wow! I'll bet there's not a person teaching in any of our churches whose sermons could not be torn apart by someone out to discount them.

Yes.
When I was born again, I had never even read the Bible!
I spoke directly to God, and He answered.
By this I can know He's real...

Ah, yes. So true. We might rather ask, "How far will He NOT go?" (No limit)

Amen...everyone is a heretic to someone else that doesn't believe "the way I or my group does".

People always use "sound doctrine" as their excuse for slandering others in the body of Christ that have a different purpose then they do. What they mean by "sound doctrine" is - you need to believe like I do or you are not in sound doctrine so now I can slander you on the internet. It is really sickening to watch these supposed "good Christians" bash others.

They are really baby Christians as Peter shows us how they act.

1 Peter 2:1-2 (NASB)
[SUP]1 [/SUP] Therefore, putting aside all malice and all deceit and hypocrisy and envy and all slander,

[SUP]2 [/SUP] like newborn babies, long for the pure milk of the word, so that by it you may grow in respect to salvation,

It is no wonder people want to have nothing to do with the "god" of these people's minds. I don't blame them - I wouldn't either. Imagine telling people that there is a God that loves you and wants to bring you life which includes all of the parts of your life. He loves you - for you.
