before I thought there was one but no matter how many times I prayed and cried out to him for help my life just gets worst and worst everyday so I don’t think there is a God
So you think anyone, regardless of what they think, do, or what kind of person they are, can simply ask for help and God is going to serve and reward them?
Would you even want a God like that? That expects nothing from us, and just rewards our personal requests?
Why do you think you can communicate with a God you don't even know, just because you "try"? Is he supposed to be grateful someone acknowledges His existence?
This verse is about you:
Luke 7:31-35New Living Translation (NLT)
[SUP]31 [/SUP]“To what can I compare the people of this generation?” Jesus asked. “How can I describe them? [SUP]32 [/SUP]They are like children playing a game in the public square. They complain to their friends,
‘We played wedding songs,
and you didn’t dance,
so we played funeral songs,
and you didn’t weep.’
You expect immediate intervention and service from God, just because you asked for it. Never considering you don't deserve it, or that things don't work "like that".
