Being in another country is my passion and dream. Right now, I'm already working (by His grace I believe!) for more than 2 years outside my home country. What bothers me is that I ain't getting any satisfaction in my career and I'm not happy anymore on what am I up to. I miss my family so much but I'm still choosing to work far from them. Am I heading towards the opposite of God's will for me? My brothers and sisters in Christ, I need your biblical encouragement.. thanks loads! :)

Have you considered that God's will for you right now is to make a solid commitment to one path or the other? in other words, God might not care so much which path you choose, but that you develop the maturity to choose one or the other and then enter into it with all your heart. Scriptures that support this idea: all good gifts come from God (James 1:17) but everything is to be done heartily and for in the name of the Lord (Col. 3:17,23, 3John 1:5, Phil. 4:8)

Do you choose to work abroad because it is the only place you can find a job and is your unhappiness with your job or the fact that you are away from your family? Does your husband work also and who cares for the children if any?
These are what you should consider.
If you would like a job closer to home or would like to be a stay at home mom then you should bring it all to God and let God.

Only you can discern where the Spirit is leading you :). We are to evangelize, or witness, wherever we are...we can serve God anywhere. Do you think He is calling you home to serve within the context of your family and friends?

Interesting what you said... But biblical support for you longings?
Moses and many were casted out to loneliness or wilderness. Read on him or Jacob or David and see they spent years ABROAD and had to return "home". Jacob has and interesting way to made up with Isaac... (Ha! Ha!)

At my age I´m bored of living in Venezuela and, if I had the money, I will move out, but I don´t know WHERE God would send me (Just if He wills).
I don´t have family bonds. I have children, but they are living their own life. My Dad is dead and my mom is not the one I wish I had and, each tiem I spent some time with her, she says anything like: "This is my house" or "I want to be alone", that I am pretty thankful that I´m free and, when I moved five months to Colombia, very few needed me to phone call them (Just my mother who wanted to visit me, but I came back to find out where I want to belong).

Just ask God! There´s not biblical argument for that quest you long for. :p

Rest is vital. Perfect rest is found in Jesus. Jesus is vital. Jesus can be found in perfect rest.
Many missionaries get furloughs, a time away from their work. Others get sabbaticals. Others take vacations. Athletes get time-outs. And still others just change what they are doing to see afresh again. In short, God's will for you is seek Him wherever you are, to follow him wherever He leads, and to get rest, so you can continue following Him-- here and there and everywhere.

James 4:13-15

that's my struggle. can't fully put my heart to where I am and what I've been right now..
