My first thought was Ray Stevens, though I couldn't remember his name. "The Streak", etc. My second was Weird Al who in my opinion is not only funny, but remarkably talented. I'm not the only one on either count. My third thought is most of the early Veggie Tales music. The Cheeseburger Song is a favourite.
