Did God create evil then? Because God created doctors, including Dr. Luke, who wrote a gospel and a Christian history. Unless you also deny him?

The lie of a bad translation. The word is not "evil" but "calamity" -- [r which is the judgment God brings upon men for their sin. That's not "evil", that's justice -- calamity in the eyes of those so judged.
