I believe that, in PA, in order for this to be a 1st degree felony, it has to be "penetration" of a child. If this is a 1st degree, it doesn't look too good for the ol' boy.

Isn't he counter suing the previous 7 accusers too? What a calamity.

Again, the media blares this Enquirer story in our ears 24/7.
Meanwhile so many noble persons making news go unnoticed.

That does not apply to felony cases.
Doesn't apply to murder cases........no statute of limitations on murder........in this case, as I understand it, the DA filed just days before the statute of limitations would have prevented him from filing. The time line was 12 years in this case. But, that was from FNC............. so.

As I understood it, 1st Degree Felony based on the fact that he drugged her and gave her alcohol prior to assaulting her, which would fall under aggravated circumstances which ended up being "aggravated indecent assault" as a Felony.

I read an article saying they charged him 2 days before the statute of limitations was up...seems fishy

Nothing fishy about it............had to have the victim on board with the prosecution, and their ducks in a row......

Once charges are filed, the Statute of Limitations ends..........and right to Speedy Trial begins......

Only thing that's seems fishy is why this man was not put in jail years ago. I guess because he has money and the black media has covered for him for so long?

Bill Cosby.............Bill Cosby. One of the most beloved Comedians in the Nation.............

In cases like this, the women are made the bad guys, not Cosby.............don't believe me? Look back on the Clinton years.............

Don't try and malign victims of rape...............unless you have been there, you will not understand what they go through. Few men ever will........
