Tax the Robots to build the wall and let them build it at the same time.... OR just line up laser shooting robots as the wall and knock em off (high intensity taser) before they enter the country....problem solved.... Kind of like the collar and electronic fence dogs have to keep them in the yard only the robot tasers keep them out.
