Driver mows down 37 in Vegas, now identified

A woman was taken into custody after police said she purposely and repeatedly drove her car, with her toddler inside, into a crowd of pedestrians on the Las Vegas strip, killing one and leaving at least three dozen injured.
Las Vegas Deputy Police Chief Brett Zimmerman said the incident was “not an act of terrorism,” but did seem to be an intentional act,and officials were investigating, NBC News reported.
“We have determined that this is an intentional act,” Zimmerman told reporters during a news conference.

Don't know if it was Islamic terrorism but it was terrorism as it was determined to be intentional.

This car ramming has been going on in Israel for the last couple of months, I figured it wouldn't be too long before it would start hitting our shores.

Car ramming has been going on in Israel since Israel first got cars. On my last trip there a construction worker went bulldozer ramming. Killed 10, he was no. 11 to die. It's going to increase... satan is going to fill the world with religious terror until he has the people in place to terrorize religion.

That's because most everybody uses cars, not so much with guns. But I was thinking the same thing. When someone is killed by another using a gun it is called "gun violence" by the propaganda machine. So why not call this "car violence?" LOL. :)

One of these days they will figure out that evil people kill people by whatever means they have access to, be it guns, knives, poison, cars etc.

not to make light of a horrible situation, but when things like this happen and no cries from the left like there is when a gun is involved clearly paints their agenda. anyone who can't see this ain't looking for it.

Here in California driving is considered a privilege not a right.
Under the Constitution, having a gun is a right more than a privilege.

Yet there are more stringent laws attached to that right of gun ownership than the privilege of driving.
Both can be lethal weapons, but hey, we freely hand out driver's licenses to illegal aliens...oops, undocumented persons.

We're batting a million folks.

A promotional video for the center published in 2012 showed Ms. Holloway telling a portion of her life story. She describes her background as one filled with “crime, drug addiction, lower income, alcoholism, being undereducated,” and says that her mother’s drinking led directly to her homelessness.

She was living out of her car, with her child, and was asked to move along several times, after parking on private property. I don't have much more information. It sounds like they are ruling out accident because it seems she hit people, stopped, then sped up to run more people over, then fled. We may hear about her failing to take medications and that she snapped and went berserk.

She injured 35 and killed a 35 yr old mother of three kids. She has been officially charged with murder and also leaving the scene of an accident. Nevada law states that it is a serious crime when you hurt people and flee the scene of accident. She could get 20 yrs for that alone.
