Anne Frank, the diary that has parts written with a ballpoint pen before ballpoint pens were invented.
I know this punk is banned but I just wanted to comment:

The ballpoint pen was invented in 1888.
The Diary of Anne Frank was started in 1942.

Like most propagandists, he was hoping no one would look up the facts, no doubt.

There are more and more people and Churches that are preaching another Gospel. Most, by adding to the Gospel such damnable heresies like Christians must accept sinful behaviors like homosexuality.

This does NOT mean that unconverted sinners aren’t welcome in a Church.

We are talking about those that CLAIM to be a Christian, yet tolerate all manner of sin in the Body of Christ.

But should we, or an angel from Heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached to you, let him be accursed.
So much for loving you neighbor!

Do you remember the man's question to Jesus? Luke 10:29, "But he wanted to justify himself, so he asked Jesus, “And who is my neighbor?

Have you recently confronted people in your church who have committed adultery? Matthew 5:32b, "anyone who marries a divorced woman commits adultery".

How about greed, malice, deceit, lewdness, envy, slander, arrogance and folly? Have you recently confronted people in your church who have behaved that way?

Or are you just jumping on the anti-gay bandwagon?

Anyone with a reasonable mind can see an extremist or someone who has lost their minds.
A lot of people in the "information age" are lost in the act nowadays and can't distinguish the act from reality anymore so there's no point in discussing anything with someone who has lost their mind.

So telling somebody that is actively unrepentantly committing homosexual acts, THAT CALLS THEMSELVES A BROTHER IN CHRIST, that what they are doing is good and fine with God is LOVING your neighbor?

Are you sure you are a Christian? You should have a heart to heart with the Lord. Because you are either a severely confused baby in Christ, or not a Christian at all.

@jamessb is right. One can’t just single out one sin amongst all the other sins.

I've really tried to be patient with you. I remember our agreement from several yrs ago. Not to respond to each others posts. That agreement was precipitated because of your lack of how our government works, and me pointing your error out. I even remember it had to do with gerrymandering. You claimed that an entire state was gerrymandered. And I told you it was impossible to gerrymander a statewide election for Governor or senate.

Things went downhill from there.
I hope we can avoid that. I actually like you and believe you to be a good and decent woman, and AGAIN thank you for your service.

May God Bless you and your family.

I think you can handle an old hag responding to your posts. 😁

I’m just a simple woman so I’m often mistaken about things. 😂

Do you judge adulterers in the same manner? I bet you don't, because clearly you can't handle one sin over another.

I judge homosexuals in the same way Christ did: He said absolutely nothing about homosexuals!!! Clearly it was NOT an important issue to Him.

I am a Christian and very much so. You should have a heart to heart with the Lord. But you are probably not a Christian at all, so that would be impossible.

You are now on "ignore"!

I think it would be pretty dang foolish to call you a hag! Hope I'm not out of line saying that.

Well we certainly all are mistaken about things. And I know I can be a little rough and brusk with my replies about politics. As I said, you are a good person and a sister in Christ, so it's probably just best, at least with politics, if we steer clear of our posts.

Yes. They MUST repent also.

Probably best.

I know you're angry but that wasn't even clever. Proverbs 15:2. 🙄

🧇
NightTwister wrote "Every word in the Bible is Jesus' Word" That is simply not true.

I replied with 1) all the false prophecies of the Old Testament are Jesus words? and 2) what did Jesus personally say about homosexuals or homosexuality? The answer: NOTHING.

a) Not every word in the Bible are Jesus' words and He said nothing about homosexuality. If I'm wrong on either point, show me where.

Going off the topic of Christian nationalism (the thread's topic)...

One of the fundamental commands of both Testaments is "Love your neighbor". In the NT, Luke 10:25-29 reads "Now an expert in religious law stood up to test Jesus, saying, “Teacher, what must I do to inherit eternal life?” He said to him, “What is written in the law? How do you understand it?” The expert answered, “Love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your strength, and with all your mind, and love your neighbor as yourself.” Jesus said to him, “You have answered correctly; do this, and you will live.”
But the expert wanting to justify himself, said to Jesus, “And who is my neighbor?” " (my emphasis)

Jesus lesson is clear: we are to love others as we love ourselves. The "expert" wanted to get around that rule by asking for a definition of "neighbor". That is tragic! He wanted to limit whom he could love.

That is the same attitude of people who judge homosexuals (and all LGBTQs). Even though God loves the world, people are looking for an excuse not to love others (whom God created), based on their personal prejudices. This is the exact same attitude of the "expert" (above).

Again, Jesus never mentioned homosexuality. Clearly, a person's sexual preference wasn't important to Him.

BTW, the same attitude is prevalent in "Christian" nationalism.

Do you believe homosexuality is a sin?

We are told specifically to love our neighbor as ourselves. It doesn't say some neighbors! After all, God loves the world, i.e., everyone.
