Head of House Benghazi probe says Hillary Clinton wiped email server 'clean'

Hillary Clinton wiped her email server "clean," permanently deleting all emails from it, the leader of the House committee investigating the 2012 terror attacks in Benghazi said Friday.

Rep. Trey Gowdy, R-S.C., said the former secretary of state has failed to produce a single new document in recent weeks and has refused to relinquish her server to a third party for an independent review, as Gowdy has requested.

"While it is not clear precisely when Secretary Clinton decided to permanently delete all emails from her server, it appears she made the decision after October 28, 2014, when the Department of State for the first time asked the secretary to return her public record to the Department," Gowdy said in a statement. “Not only was the secretary the sole arbiter of what was a public record, she also summarily decided to delete all emails from her server ensuring no one could check behind her analysis in the public interest.”

The solution is simple: Charge her with obstruction of justice, destruction of public records, and contempt of Congress. While her attorney claims Gowdy and the committee should ask the State Department for the records, it is clear from recent investigation by Gowdy that State doesn't have all the records because Clinton decided unilaterally not to turn them over.

She's a fox in the hen house, and the chickens need to come home to roost.

So the Republicans are still trying to smear her even though this own report given said that all her emails were already turned over to the Department of State. That and the fact that they already said that the server was not in her possession and in her basement. It is amazing they will continue to run unproven allegations and others will just run with it as if it is fact. That act gives small businesses the right to run their business how they want, even based on their religious rights.

Because I am not affiliated with any political group and therefore have my eyes opened and do not just hinder to one sides biased lies over another. I listen to both sides instead of just taking the side of what party a person is affiliated with, which is how our government keeps us divided and not together in one common goal. Because they lie to us by their own party leaders, and even use the media to spew lies and keep divisions.
The Bushes did do a couple of good things, but they by far were not good presidents as they are just as responsible and guilty for the bad situation our country is in as Obama is. If you pay attention to my posts you will see I speak of the things both sides have done wrong, and do not do just one or the other side.
I for once would like to see those who claim they are not bias to start posting just as many threads demeaning people in their own party as they do the other party. So far all I have seen is a bias posting of all to 98% of their posts are against one party.....
