FNC reporting that Hillary used her personal e-mail account during her term as Sect. of State. Did not even have a Government Account which by law she was required to.

Also stated that she transferred Classified documents from Government sites which were encrypted for security purposes to her personal email account which was not...........this is actually a criminal offense.

Will wait to hear the whole story, but once again it appears that Hillary is her own worst enemy.

What I find interesting is that IF this trend of "shoot self in foot" continues.............and she is not able to run for President, who in the world will the Dems get for their candidate?

Time is not short yet, but it is getting short. The Coronation of a person as "our candidate" as has been done with Hillary would seem to have painted the Dems into a really tight corner.

Here's the link ...

Hillary Clinton's use of private email address while secretary of state draws scrutiny

Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton used a personal email account to exclusively conduct official business during her time at the State Department, a move that raises questions about access to the full archive of her correspondence, as well as the possibility that she violated federal law requiring official messages to be retained for the record.

The existence of the account was discovered by the House select committee investigating the deadly 2012 attacks on the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi, Libya, and was first reported by The New York Times.
As an aside, you can mark my words: There's a reason we haven't heard anything out of the House Select Committee on Benghazi. They're going to release a report that is going to devastate Billary, Obama, and others.

Wouldn't want to be anyone who has lied to Congress about Benghazi. It's not going to be pretty. Anyone besides me notice there are very few leaks out of that committee? Could it be the Democrats are in shock?

I had seen on the news this morning that Hillary is now calling for all her e-mails to me made public. A prudent choice for her indeed.

Except that we have NO WAY of knowing if it will be ALL her emails, or just the ones she has cherry picked to reveal. There has been ample time for her to have culled any that might reveal misdeeds on her part.

And why is she just CALLING for them to be released............they are on a server in her basement...........should SHE not be releasing them?

She has called on them all to be released, but from the news report I saw, it will be up to the government to cherry pick them.

It's quite a masterful move. See we kings do not like it when our servants keep secrets from us. So by calling to release this veritable treasure trove of state secrets Hillary shows to me that she is the only servant willing to do this. If they don't release them, or so heavily redact them, then the government looks bad, but Hillary is absolved for calling on it. Additionally, this pretty much entirely ruins her domestic foe's propaganda by taking away all the uncertainty they are trying to cast about her.

This will work out to Hillary's favor. I used to be as much a Hillary-hater as you, probably moreso. The number one thing that changed my mind on Hillary was the Wikileaks release of the State Department Cables which showed Hillary's secret musings. I think Hillary will have to give Snowden and Wikileaks a pardon, her secret writings prove she is pretty much one of the few government servants that is genuinely loyal and even moreso is highly competant and able to deal shrewdly with both ally and enemy alike.

according to the News yesterday, people from The Clinton Foundation.........her charity..........have ALREADY sorted through the emails and chosen which are to be released.

The Government is not in possession of them............they are not on a Government controlled server.........THAT IS THE PROBLEM and possibly the crime.

:) just saying

Lol take it up with CNN. They say the government will sort through them if they choose to allow them to be released due to the nature of them.

Me thinks the GOP attack just backfired on them as it usually does.

Kinda surprised no one has hit Hillary's only weak spot yet. I thought it was fairly obvious, but I guess not.

CNN.............'nuff said...........not so sure she gets off unscathed this time........but it would not surprise me. Been going on for almost 30 years with the Clintons. I think she has quite a few weak spots........I think they are beginning to pile up.......I also think that there is a move under foot within the far left wing of her Party to dump her while they still have time to put forth another candidate.........time will tell

Nah, Hillary has only two weak spots I know of that anyone not beholden to the parties would consider. All the attacks the GOP makes on her only makes her stronger. Don't tell them that though, then they might actually stand a chance.

As for her party dumping her, that's laughable. They have no one else. What are the Dems gonna do without Hillary? Run Joe Biden? Lol even Ben Carson could prevail over Uncle Joe.

They won't win with Hillary.......and some of them are beginning to realize that. As for weaknesses...........she has a bunch of them, and very soon...........after her actual declaration to run..........they will begin to emerge.

It IS NOT the Repubs who are behind this email thing.........it is the New York Times and other left leaning publications........

Hillary will prevail unless her weakness prevails over her. There is frankly no one else that can do the job.

I got a question. This is what we get from Hillary this morning:

Hillary Clinton says she's asked State Department to make emails public

Hillary Clinton said late Wednesday that she had asked the State Department to make thousands of her emails available to the public, her first public response to a furor that followed the revelation that she used a private email account for her correspondence while secretary of state.
So, from what I understand, the server for this private account of hers was in the basement of the Clinton home in Chappaqua, New York.

My question: Why does she need State to release her emails from a server in her basement?

Well that's simple. If say she released them all by herself you would accuse her of making a grander leak than Edward Snowden.

She already did that by setting up her own account to handle State business. Snowden's cyber buddies probably hacked into her server six years ago. Them, or Julian Assange's hooligan anarchists.

Nay, for they are not viewable yet.

Frankly I don't see why they keep stuff like this secret. The revelations of the State Department cables were pretty much the only thing that gives me any confidence that the government is still useful and should not be dissolved yet.

I look forward to reading the Hillary Cables. Hillary is not even my servant anymore and is here willing to do me more service than any of the potentials in either Democrat or Republican field combined. Very sage of her, kings love counsel.
