One could say it is one of those alternative facts we hear about. It gives the impression that the US Government is
Directly funding ISIS. That is not what is being said. What is being said is that funds sent to Saudi Arabia and Turkey
to overthrow the Syrian regime are being channeled to what are seen as Terrorist groups by the congresswoman. This
is not acceptable but its not a new revelation either. Saudi Arabia has been supporting these groups throughout the conflict
but because the US needs their Oil and have bases there they continue to enjoy full US support. Trumps would be ban excludes Saudi Arabians. The whole thing is a Hypocrisy

If this person is so horrified about this, and MUST REVEAL IT NOW.........why did she not speak up for the 8 years Obama was President? Were we not sending funds to the Saudis then? Hmm..........

I don't put much stock in this..........as for her saying the US is funding ISIS........in my opinion, 90% of the Foreign Aid (in the form of cash) we send ANYWHERE is abused by the Governments that receive it.........and, surely, some of it goes to fund those who mean us ill will. That does not mean we are guilty of funding them, just guilty of being too carefree with the hard earned tax dollars of our Citizens.

I have never been on board with paying people to like us.........I would much rather they respect us! And, that is why we need to have the most powerful Armed Forces in the world!

I have been saying it for years......the U.S. gov has been very corrupt for some time, we have deposed leaders, cause coups, assassinated leaders, caused civil wars, bombed innocent people, supported terrorism in M.E. countries etc. all for the sake of American Interest and OIL.....

I say this as an Honorably Discharged U.S. MARINE who has been very patriotic...yet willing to acknowledge the truth....YES the U.S. has done many wonderful things throughout her HISTORY....but we have grown base and like ROME are ripe to be judged and fall!

I would think everyone wanted to destroy ISIS, and, therein lies the problem. It is impossible to destroy ISIS. Doesn't matter how many radical Islamics are killed, others will rise to take their place. One can not destroy an Ideology/Belief. That has been tried many times in World History. It simply can not be done.

The Romans were one of the most powerful Armies to ever exist, and they could not destroy Christianity. The Christian Faith will ever survive!

ISIS, the Ideology of the devil, will survive until the return of Christ, and is not a standing Army that can be defeated and/or destroyed. It is a belief, an Ideology, no matter how twisted and evil, it can not be destroyed.

This is where all of our Political leaders go wrong. Making statements/promises to destroy ISIS.

In my opinion, those who do such as this, and I am aware of a few examples from my time in Service, are not, however, part of our mainstream Government. They are the "shadow Government." Those in positions to do such who do so for their own Political Ideologies. We called them "Spooks." And they were fairly easy to recognize when they came around. The Foster Grants kinda gave them away.

Therein is the problem. Poor intelligence, lousy strategical planning, underestimating religion, culture, tribal affairs and tactical disasters. Sometimes I wonder if any person can walk into an army war room claiming to be all for the Western coalition (if you can call it a coalition) and the high ranking officers are set to go.

Yes thats what I was trying to say. The idea that the Us is deliberately funding ISIS is ridiculous especially when they are blowing the hell out of them in Iraq or is that friendly fire?
