At Nelson Mandela's funeral a few years back, the sign language person was found out to be a complete fraud. How do you reach a level to sign for the leaders of the world (presidents and prime ministers were translated through this guy), without being filtered/fired out of the system long ago? Where was the care and concern for the hearing impaired to ensure proper interpretation at such a high level event (any event even)? Being facetious, if organizations can allow him through, why not let the local thug throw up gang signs while "signing" for a prime minister? All professional signers must have been on vacation at the time. Unbelievable.

Supposedly, here is what the guy was actually saying. And... it's time to refresh it for the empathy of the hearing impaired (remix it like the remake of all these thirty year old 1980's movies they do today). I would like to get a link to its past discussion here on CC, but I can't find.
