Some columnists who write for NR are pretty good. They were old Buckley recruits though, the rest you can take or leave.

Except for one of my many future wives, Kat Timpf.

1. The National Review is a newspaper comprised of Onion-tier opinion columns. Not news stories.

2. Conservatism IS crooked. It uses great logic but fails to fully apply it across the board, just like liberalism.

Conservatism: People should be treated like adults. They should be able to possess firearms to defend themselves, even though they could kill a ton of people with them at will. Drugs? People aren't adult enough to decide whether or not they want to consume a drug. They need the government to tell them what to do.

Liberalism: People should be treated like adults. They should be able to decide what they want to put in their bodies so drugs shouldn't even be a criminal issue. Firearms? People aren't adult enough to be trusted with a firearm. They need the government to tell them what to do.

Libertarianism: People should be treated like adults and the government isn't their mommy.
The National Review is not a newspaper, nor has it ever been one.

Now? Really? You expect me to take anything you say seriously, when you can't even figure out what my source was? This wasn't a trick question. All that was required was a little bit of background checking.

How am I supposed to trust your sources if it seems you can't even get a background for a single, fairly well-known source I included? Did schools simply stop expecting students to be able to pull off a bibliography or footnotes for term papers in the last 20 years? This is 7th-grade term paper stuff back in my day. (Actually, I learned it in third grade, but I went to Catholic school, so they were more advanced. I was taught it again in 7th grade public school though.) What is it now? Nonexistent?

nah, all bets are off in this thing. Just don't think either of these people will be in the oval. October surprise this year will be something for the ages imo.

No we mean like a decent western Christian society ... and not sure where you get your ideas of Ancient Israel? But clearly your confused about what the law of Moses demanded or approved.

It's already been proven -- being so inept she thinks an ambassador and his guards calling for help when being attacked was about a YouTube video and lying under oath can't get her arrested. She could shoot people on Fifth Avenue and not get arrested. She's a Clinton.
I agree with you. But, if there is an archetype of hard evidence "leaked" to the public proving something outrageous enough? There may be an outcry, or prison say if she's proven to have funneled funds to nefarious groups....October is coming fast.

Johnson is not perfect, but he is better than the two front runners.

I'm in.
