Well the President and Congress is openly aiding and abetting America's recognized enemies in gaining nuclear weapons so another part of America has made itself illegitimate.

Well, Congress can oppose it by voting against it. Obama vetoes and hopefully 2/3 of Congress can over turn the veto...but, yeah.

Let's see, Iran will get sufficient warning before inspectors would be allowed in, I've heard between 15-21days, that should be sufficient time to ditch evidence :p

Well, they'll at least wait until September if and when it gets ratified by Congress.

Yup, Israel is under no obligation, they were not invited to the talks, signed no agreement and thus are free to protect themselves in whichever way they see fit.
