When you're 'holy', old-timer, bring me a person you've helped. Without help, nobody's suffering is alleviated. The truth of our human life is that we go through terrible suffering. And I, for one, despise that. People, of all ages, creeds, colours and types, only ever want to be free of it. That's all us humans want deep down.
Many people simply take the wrong route. Confusion breeds that. We see temporary fixes, and some of those fixes, for some people, are to cause others to suffer more than they do.
It's horrible, but it's true.

You said, that ALL humans want is to be free of suffering. That's not a true assertion so I'm wondering how you came to the conclusion that you are omniscient and therefore qualified to make an obvious false assertion that ALL every person wants is to be free of suffering.

1.Is there warming at all? - Inconclusive. I've seen recent U.S. gov. reports that we have actually been cooling. Many facts support cooling, including the largest Ice field ever recorded for antarctica, arctic ice doing fine even though Algore predicted 5.5 yrs ago it would be totally gone.FIVE YEARS AGO TODAY… Al Gore Predicted the North Pole Will Be Ice Free in 5 Years | The Gateway Pundit
2.If we are warming is it primarily caused by man-made carbon emissions?- Unlikely. The dead and decaying forests in Canada and Siberia emit more carbon dioxide than any human source, let alone other natural emissions of Co2 like volcanoes, oceanic release, and human and animal breath etc.. Of coarse the hoaxers put cow flatulence and general meat consumption on THEIR list as well in an even greater attempt to squash freedom and control people.
3.If there is warming, why wouldn't that be a good thing?- It would. Longer growing seasons, much less energy consumption to cool a home or business than heat it (thereby using LESS fossil fuels), deaths from cold are more than doubled than from heat when factoring in the communicable diseases prevalent in winter like the flu. The retardation of the next glacial Ice age, etc...
4. Hasn't the earth always gone through cycles of cooling and warming?- Yes. nuff said.
5. Isn't it arrogant to believe humans can control these natural global weather cycles?- YOU BET!
6. Didn't these brilliant scientists predict, "with the best available data" at the time in the 1970s that we were entering a new Ice age? - yes. very well documented.
7. Who is at the bottom of this hoax and for what purpose? - The left. Whether you call them communists, socialists, democrats, or despots, they ALL want the same thing. POWER, CONTROL, and MONEY. Just examine the carbon credit market debacle they set up to siphon money from hard-working middle class to enrich themselves while simultaneously taking wealth and freedom away. They buy off scientists with vast amounts of gov. grant money, and starve out, employ their minions in the media to ridicule, mock, and lampoon, any scientist or ANYONE that doesn't fall in line with the hoax.
MOST of all they depend on lemmings whose existence is tied up with things like world cup soccer and food stamps (bread and circus).
