THere is not such thing as freedom of press, especailly when terrorist groups who love death and have no respect for the civillian population are in power.

The international press in Gaza has hardly reported on how Hamas has operated in this round of fighting, and photos or video of Hamas fighters from recent weeks are rare.


The reason became apparent this week as several journalists reported being threatened and even expelled from Gaza for highlighting that the terrorist organization used civilian sites to attack Israel.

The pro-Israel blog Elder of Ziyon drew readers’ attention to a Facebook post by Israeli media figure Michael Grynszpan who described how Hamas is controlling the message conveyed by the international media:
I met today with a Spanish journalist who just came back from Gaza. We talked about the situation there. He was very friendly. I asked him how comes we never see on television channels reporting from Gaza any Hamas people, no gunmen, no rocket launcher, no policemen.. We only see civilians on these reports, mostly women and children.

He answered me frankly: “It’s very simple, we did see Hamas people there launching rockets, they were close to our hotel, but if ever we dared pointing our camera on them they would simply shoot at us and kill us.”
Wooh, impressive. Then I asked him “would you mind saying that on camera? I can film you explaining this…”
For some reason I cannot really understand he refused and almost ran away. I guess my camera is as dangerous as Hamas threats…

“So just for you to know, the truth will never appear on the images you see on television,” Grynszpan concluded.

The Weekly Standard’s Noah Pollak in July pointed out how the New York Times has not published photos of Hamas fighters. He wrote:
It appears the Times is silently but happily complying with a Hamas demand that the only pictures from Gaza are of civilians and never of fighters. The most influential news organization in the world is thus manufacturing an utterly false portrait of the battle—precisely the portrait that Hamas finds most helpful: embattled, victimized Gaza civilians under attack by a cruel Israeli military.
A review of the Times‘s photography in Gaza reveals a stark contrast in how the two sides are portrayed. Nearly every picture from Israel depicts tanks, soldiers, or attack helicopters. And every picture of Gaza depicts either bloodied civilians, destroyed buildings, overflowing hospitals, or other images of civilian anguish. It is as one-sided and misleading a depiction of the Gaza battle as one can imagine.

That trend is not limited to the New York Times. Other media outlets covering the Gaza conflict have produced no images either of Hamas militants or of rockets being launched in real time even as the videos above show they are being positioned next to reporter live-shot locations.

At some point, the people who are being duped by the Hamas propaganda are collectively as responsible for the continued bloodshed and loss of innocents as Hamas themselves.

Here is video of rockets being fired next to tv crews. In this one the reporter states that he is out of there as after such a firing Isreal hit the area.

Hamas does not use human shields, period. The Zions target children thinking it better to kill them now before they can defend themselves. Folks, this is COLD BLOODED MASS MURDER to the tenth degree

So you deny that Hamas locate thier bases, factories and fire thier rockets next to civillian homes, hospitals and schools?

That is use of human shields, using the civillian population to try and deter attacks and when attacks come they end up with dead children to parade infront of the media which people like youself lap up and fall for.

what do you make of this Hamas propaganda poster that they themselves been circulating?
it says "a strong people" in arabic, and pictures human shields all over a typical Gaza skyline.

note the visual cue of the bombs being held at bay by the word "people"

i am sure that 5 minutes of googling will find you direct quotes from Hamas leaders encouraging and praising the use of human shields.

Ah Tooldtocare,since I am just a simple man,I will speak the same way to you. You have a home,it may not be the best home,but hey it is your home. Now the person who lives next to you,does not care for you,so they start shooting rockets at your home.

It is not the first time this has happened but you have had enough.And to you, this will be the last time they do this to you,harsh language has not worked,but in his home he has 10 children as well as most of his family living in his home.Do you care about them?

Some of them know people to help them fire rockets at your home. Are there any innocent people in his home to you?? If you believe there is innocence in war,then you will not fight,and you will become defeated because of the fear of hurting some who may not be a part of the firing.

Can your household afford to have this mindset? Does the other side care about innocent life in your home? As Much as the media would put out children who are dieing,as well as many civilians,they are still living in a war zone. What is stopping them from leaving a battle they do not wish to have a part in? NOTHING!

The point to any battle is to cause as many deaths among them,let them die for there country rather then you die for yours! If your mindset is this way,you will win! Because if you wish peace, you must be willing to go to war to have it! For without a battle you will lose,and if you lose you become a slave to the winner.

Israel is fighting,and there are no rules in how to win,the only purpose is to win! Many will complain about how you did it,many will say it was unfair in how they won,but life is not about being fair,it is about living tomorrow! And you are willing to do anything to achieve that goal! Wouldn't you?

That is the thing. Its not about right or wrong, its about survival.

One side wants the other, dead.

The other side wants to live and fight back, even though they have offered many olive branches....

but Hamas wants them all dead.

Fight or die.

Classic. The ignorance and denial is going strong.
Hamas killed their own children building the tunnels.
The UN complained about Hamas firing rockets and storing weapons in the UN schools.
And yet we shut our eyes.

Well how else can they get men, women and children in their right minds to stand in front of them in combat.......terror, threats, murder, kidnapping, beatings etc.

Complete cowards and their god is weak!
