A new user with whom I have never corresponded and who has never posted on a thread emails me out of the blue the following message:

Good day to you my dear friend and sorry for intruding into your privacy well, I am Mary Morgan a cancer patient and widow. I will like to share my life story with you. Here is my mail address([email protected]) or you give me your email address because i don't usually open this site.

If anyone else has received this message please report in to the Administrators. It's a scam. She's actually listed on a SCAM ALERT in the Google search engine.

Violet, its not the same email as listed on Google -- at least not the one I found. But she needs to be stopped anyway. It's against board rules, and it probably is a scam.

I reported the email to the moderators. They will deal with it once Robo and/ or Oncefallen come on.

Yes, her name Mary Morgan and the number 463 has been used under different variations and listed as a SCAM.

By the way, her CC user name is: mary463 Report to Admins if she contacts you.

of course it's a scam. She spelled her last name as MORGAN. Then in the email addy she spelled it as MOGAN.

Maxwel, the scammers prolly glance through your posts and think, "This individual appears unhinged. I shall make no attempt to accost him lest my witless scamming unleash a frenzied wrath upon my person."
