I don't know that this statement of yours makes much sense. But here's one that will:
In the US, a heart transplant is more likely than not to bankrupt the person who underwent it. In the UK, nobody has ever been bankrupted by medical bills.
Here's another one:
The cost for healthcare per capita (via taxation, insurance premiums, medicaid and medicare etc), is over $9000 dollars in the US, per year. In the UK, it is less than $2000, none of which comes from avenues outside general taxation.

In the last ten years, every WHO study conducted on healthcare systems throughout the world, has ranked the UK in the top ten. The US has never once made the top ten.
