Were a joke right?
Every single candidate should have walked off the stage.

Well, I think both the Elephant and the Donkey candidates are stating that power is no longer to be found where it used to be found...

I think in some ways it was a fantastic night. EVEN the low info voter saw what others have known for a long time. That most of the mainstream media is absolutely nothing more than an arm of the democrat national committee. What a great night for Ted Cruz. Before he even announced his candidacy he was the one I thought was the right man at the right time. I like Carson, but the left literally shivers at the thought of a man who wants to follow the constitution like Cruz. I pray the Lord would give us a respite from the wickedness we've had theses past 7 yrs.

Well, your comment certainly focuses on the positive and thats good.
But I am not convinced yet that Cruz is our man. I found it very frustrating that Kasich was given so much time didnt you? What the? Trump was given very little,Rand was stuck on the other end with almost no talk time. I think he has some good policies. Idk..... Notice none spoke about spending . The dems wont talk about spending either. Its all about tax cuts. Well, we can cut all we care to but the spending has to stop! The paradigm of R vs D is nonexistent. Its a mirage.

The moderators acted as name calling baiting bullies and debaters!

While you may be positive on this situation, I dont think its conceivable. God has given us what the USA wants. Gods character does not change. He isnt going to make concessions for us.We are not special. Time is about up:)

I did like this part as well as Carsons,Trumps, and others comments. They all knew the agenda and they handled it well.

Am I missing something about Cruz? You are like the 4th Christian conservative who isn't sold on him. I have never heard him say something I disagree with but maybe I'm missing something.

Well of all the bologna I've seen so far, his has the most real meat. As far as Senators go, he has literally fought against Obama's lame brain policies.

Cruz cemented his current place as the anti-establishment's second-favorite candidate.

Ted earned a lot of cool points by defending the entire ticket. At least in my mind.

Trump is an empty suit...and a hypocrite ....(sorry Sirk)

Carson is a wonderful man, but will need a very strong group of advisors around him to pull off leading the Nation

Cruz won't be able to draw enough moderate Repubs and Independents to win in the General

Bush needs to take his super pac money, pay off his staff and go home

Marco probably has the best chance in the General election, as he can bring in moderate Repubs, Independents, and enough of the Hispanic vote to make a real difference. The Tea Party conservatives will hold their nose and vote for him, otherwise Clinton will win

Christy won't get the support he needs, he isn't close to being a conservative, but would make a great Attorney General for someone/whoever wins

Carly will probably be the VP nomination

(my thoughts)

Your views and mine are somewhat similar. I would be less critical of Donald Trump, in light of his current polling numbers. He clearly has tapped into people's anger with the established politicians. RealClearPolitics.com has Carson with as much as a 11 point lead over Clinton, in a head to head race. Currently, no other GOP candidate does so well. Don't count him out.

Don't count on Hillary's strength either. It's a myth she wants us all to believe. Well I don't. No matter who the Republican nominee is, I say game on.

Trump is adapting and learning. Did you notice how subdued he was in the last debate? No blustery bravado. I think he came away the winner. The media wants to bring him down....the problem is that the media didn't create him so they can't. Was David a hypocrite? Was Moses a hypocrite? Were they empty tunics? Lol. God uses who he will use. Just because this is the news forum doesn't mean that we have to check our biblical world views at the door in favor of our opinions.

It's interesting, a few unscientific online polls showed that readers of certain conservative publications overwhelmingly thought he did well.

I honestly think Trump is maturing. If a person doesn't mature when they are running for President they are not fit for the role....imo......****cough****Jeb Bush. Lol

I don't either. Hillary's "strength" is a media fabricated farce....the mask came off the media with cnbc's obvious bias toward the dnc and its heir apparent during this last debate.

I don't think Hillary has much strength. She has failed at everything. She can't even play the gender card with tact. When she begins appearing with Bill in public, she is risking the loss of a lot of votes. Bill campaigned for several candidates during the 2012 mid-terms and they all lost. He showed up in Florida to campaign for Al Gore, after Gore had a double digit lead over George W. Bush, and Gore ended up losing that big lead. Bill has been poison. He reminds people of something they don't want to be reminded of. They were lied to. Polling shows the first three words voters think of when asked about Hillary, are Dishonest, Untrustworthy, and Liar. If it matters or if people will believe her, word is that Jennifer Flowers is going to release some of her tape recordings of Bill Clinton discussing how he felt about Hillary, during the 12 year affair between Flowers and Bill Clinton. She claims it could harm Hillary when people hear Bill state she had little interest in him and preferred the company of women. This may be on no concern to voters and may have more to do with Flowers releasing a book in the near future. But she has contacted other women who were victims of Bill's aggressive advances and they are talking about doing a Bill Cosby like public gathering on television to discuss how he seduced or raped them.

Still, I'd like to discuss with you and others on this thread, which states will the Republican nominee deliver? Can you name them? List the states Republicans cannot win and the ones, like Oklahoma, that Republicans will definitely win, and then there will be a small list of swing states you have to figure out how to win.

How does Trump or Rubio win Ohio? How does Cruz or Carson win Florida or Texas, or New Mexico or Pennsylvania? How does Kasich win Virginia and North Carolina, or Wisconsin? I submit that they won't, they can't. The demographics make it improbable, if not impossible.
