First... not speaking from hypocrisy but the truth of Gods Word...these folks have to repent of their sin, just like I did and do... That's not hypocrisy ..that biblical truth. And yes Jesus went to sinners not to justify them in their sin, but deliver them from sins power.... "Neither do I condemn thee, go and sin no more" is the truth of His message .... Speaking as one who was born this way, that doesn't make it okay. Jesus did not say to the sinner, its okay, you were born with a sin nature. Homosexuality is a manifestation of that sin nature, that original sin which damned the world and all of the offspring of Adam and Eve. So, being born gay, does not make it acceptable or okay to act upon. I don't believe we will ever find a "gay gene" because I don't think sexuality is solely based on a single gene, but an entire make up of a human being. (Case in point, it has been shown that the brain of homosexuals do differ from the brain of heterosexuals.) This does not make it acceptable or good or righteous, just human, and therefore, fallen and unrighteous.

Most of what you described here is irrelevant to discussing whether babies are born gay or not.. A baby is ONLY born addicted to drugs/alcohol IF the mother drank while pregnant. Likewise with AIDS babies--OBVIOUSLY the mother has to have AIDS, to transmit it to the baby. I know we're not born sinless. BUT we are NOT born as gay babies. Where does the baby get the "gay gene" from? Obviously the mother ain't gay..lol.. OR the father for that matter. Gay men and women don't have sex with the opposite gender..

So I reiterate my point that babies are not born gay. It's a decision they make much later in life, once they're old enough to comprehend what "gay" means.

If the second, then you have defended our argument that this is part of the sinful nature we are all born with.

No one truly knows, though. So we can still have these discussions. At the end of the day, God does. For a lot people, yeah, It's environmental. But not everyone suffers from a traumatic experience. Stuff does happen during pregnancies that we don't know and can't explain. That is fact. It doesn't matter if one is born gay or not. It's not okay to perform in those acts. We can all agree on that. So Mitpsa, I know you're going to see this post to Blue, so I want you to get through that stubborn head of yours. Born gay. Or not born gay. It's not okay to perform homosexual acts.
