At least 453 people killed in Saudi Arabia hajj stampede

BREAKING NEWS:Saudi Arabian authorities said Thursday that at least 453 people were killed and hundreds of others were injured in a stampede near the Muslim holy city of Mecca, where an estimated 2 million people are undertaking the traditional hajj pilgrimage.

Reuters, citing Saudi state television, reported that the stampede took place in Mina, a tent city located approximately three miles east of Mecca itself. The area is on the main road from the center of Mecca to the Hill of Arafat, revered by Muslims as the place where Muhammad gave his farewell sermon to Muslims who had accompanied him to Mecca near the end of his life.
Don't know about other churches, but I've never seen a stampede anywhere near or around my Baptist church. Maybe a hundred years ago. But that's when the church property was a pasture and the occupants were cattle.

It is eid al-adha, the most dangerous "holy day" of the year, because thousands of people try to perform rituals in the same location at the same time. Some "religion," ain't it?

Oh, they will, Mit, they will ...

Philippians 2, NASB
9 For this reason also, God highly exalted Him, and bestowed on Him the name which is above every name,
10 so that at the name of Jesus EVERY KNEE WILL BOW, of those who are in heaven and on earth and under the earth,
11 and that every tongue will confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

... but of course, the result will be their instant deliverance into the hand of their father, Satan.

This is from the account on MSNBC:

The ritual emulates the Prophet Abraham, who is said to have stoned the devil at three locations when he tried to dissuade Abraham from God's order to sacrifice his son Ishmael.
At the last moment, God spares the boy, sending a sheep to be sacrificed in his place.
The world's Muslims commemorated Abraham's willingness to sacrifice his son by slaughtering cows, sheep and other animals on Thursday.

They have replaced Isaac with Ishmael!! This is REEEEAALLLY BAD.

Yeah, they sometimes refer to allah as the "god of Ishmael", which I dont disagree with actually, seeing that the lands that he went off to were all pagan.

Muslims really make me think of the prophecy given about Ismael, that he would be a wild ass, and in the face of his brothers and neighbors.

Im waiting on the day Mecca is totally destroyed. It will fulfill biblical prophecy, though sadly muslims will believe it fulfills allahs prophecy, since satan took his understanding of Gods word that some people dont understand yet, and put in his quran "Mecca will be destroyed". Since the bible doesnt actually use the name of the city, but just a description, the world will be lead to believe it fulfilled this "new" quranic prophecy, and consider the biblical prophecy "too unclear to make sense".

If 700+ people died in a stampede during a concert or something like that, we'd be like, "Its a tragedy! I'm praying for their families." 700+ Muslims die and we sit here and criticize them for being lost and other nonsense?

The most murderous group on the planet you equate with some folks that go to a concert? Yes I criticize them and their religion of rape and murder .... If a crane falls upon them or if evil overtakes the wicked...thats biblical justice. If that seems contrary to some, then some don't understand the justice of God.

We are supposed to love our enemies, according to Jesus.

VENGEANCE is Mine ...says the Lord... same Lord... Do you think those scriptures that declare the wicked will have their reward are not written in love? Of course they are.

Ro 12:19 Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord.

Ro 13:4 For he is the minister of God to thee for good. But if thou do that which is evil, be afraid; for he beareth not the sword in vain: for he is the minister of God, a revenger to execute wrath upon him that doeth evil.

Does it sound like God believes its right to execute wrath upon those who do evil? Yes clearly He does.

Those poor people. I pray their last moments were swift and without agony. May the Lord bless them and may they have turned to Him in their final moments.

I doubt they turned to Christ ...but we could hope that Christ might have mercy on some who have been deceived by this wicked religion of rape and murder.

2Jo 1:7 ¶ For many deceivers are entered into the world, who confess not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh. This is a deceiver and an antichrist.

2Jo 1:9 Whosoever transgresseth, and abideth not in the doctrine of Christ, hath not God. He that abideth in the doctrine of Christ, he hath both the Father and the Son.
10 ¶ If there come any unto you, and bring not this doctrine, receive him not into your house, neither bid him God speed:
11 For he that biddeth him God speed is partaker of his evil deeds.

The Lord is not going to bless them ! They didnt turn to Christ either but were praying to allah! Show me in scripture where God has said"Go ahead and worship other gods your entire life but when you die I will bless you."
Your RC wrong thinking continues to show up. There is no purgatory for them, you or the dopey pope

I cannot, for the life of me, figure out how something like this could happen.
