and anyone who thinks that radical Islam will not sweep the planet and force the worship of their false god that allows one to "KNOW" a goat and or cut your head off and or murder you in some horrific way is blind to reality!
We have had such ongoing, cold inclement weather lately, that many emergency shelters opened up to provide overnight warmth to the hapless homeless, but these temporary stop-gap measures were not really enough, because they were not staffed with personnel to properly deal with the mental issues that come with homelessness, addiction in particular being a huge issue that contributed to the shutting down of some of the facilities, which was then bitterly complained about. But really, community centres are not equipped to deal with such things, and the behaviors of some made it impossible to care for the needs of all, because the few have no respect for those who provide for their needs, and endangered those for whom the community centers operate in the first place.
I am aware of the use of bridges....... 
And, that may be the answer here.......but the areas in Big Bend I am speaking of do not lend themselves to bridges.........It is a mountain area where the earth is in a state of great upheaval.
Still, there are areas where a bridge may be the answer...........but I would think human guards would cause concern for the animals.......maybe not.......but I would think that electronic monitoring with a human response team located nearby would be a better way.........

Was watching a report about the Border Patrol/DEA last night..........and they said that last year over 150 people had died trying to cross the desert on the Mexico/Arizona desert near Ajo, Arizona.
Which is why I believe that a wall is an act of compassion..........odd that those who oppose the wall never address those who die in our Southwestern deserts......men, women and children.....odd indeed.

It was several years ago that I heard that Mexican officials were in US courts, petitioning to FORCE the US to put water stations out in that desert, so that the illegals that were trying to enter our country wouldn't die of thirst.
What is that word.... chutzpah?
Why not build a water SLIDE so they can just slide on across... or, send buses out to bring 'em on in.....

While it will not bring to a complete end the problem as a whole, it will certainly greatly curtail those illegals entering along our Southern Land Border. I suspect "handful" is relative? Properly constructed, it would keep millions out, or, at least cause them to consider investing in really, really big Ships...........

A wall won't solve the illegal immigration problem. Might keep a handful out, though. Still, I FEEL BOUND TO POINT OUT THAT I CAN LEAVE MY CAPSLOCK ON, TOO
