Well, you do have a valid point. That is why senator Franken of Minnesota said he will conduct hearings on this affair. While the senate has not found Hillary of wrongdoing, I'm betting Franken may have more luck in finding culpability in Comey.

So far, neither the FBI nor senate thinks so. But if anyone feels they have been damaged by it, if they can demonstrate what is called 'standing' they are free to take Hillary to court.

Also it's going to be okay because Trumps will fix the FBI as many of the FBI are mad at how Come has handled this case. How does the FBI read and check that many emails right before an election?

They did the math that for each email a matter if 2 seconds had to be spent on each email in order to read all of them right before the election

Who ever he appoints as chief of Dept of Justice may handle further investigations. Should be very interesting as to how this will be done.

The only reason comey reopened the investigation was because he now HAD to address new emails that had been found. There is no way you can investigate that many emails right before the election

I sure hope so because many Americans want to believe our justice system works and does its best to promote justice. If she isnt guilty then great we can move on but if she is she needs to be an example that no one can be above the law.

Well, from what I recall reading he thought it was new emails. Evidently they were not or so it has been reported that way by the news media. But remember Trump's declaration during the debate - he said to the effect (and I'm paraphrasing so this is not a direct quote) that he would arrest Hillary due to legal misconduct in this affair. Perhaps he will follow through by having Comey's work reviewed. Who knows? But it should all be very interesting.

That is my signature, yes, but according to your line of argument, you have rejected Jesus Christ as Lord and King since you do not see Him as innocent, the spotless Lamb of God, sinless, meaning you belong to the father of lies and it is obvious... given that your argument with me all along (when you bother to stick with the issues we were actually discussing) has been that the courts decide truth. Yes it will be. Usually my gut feeling is right and this whole thing doesn't sit right with me. If she is innocent then why did she lie in the first place about the emails. And then saying it was an accident that she had a private server in her bathroom

Wish I had the answer. Still we do know that the senate did not find culpability. We shall have to see where they go from here.

I am already forgiven. Let me know when you are ready to acknowledge the fact that the courts of law do not determine the truth, and that such an acknowledgement does in fact defeat your very argument. Thanks :)

We had a political commentator here in Minnesota who spoke on TV about the fact that he was aware that some people voted against her because of Comey's erroneous disclosure. That they wish they could take back those votes. But that's their fault for allowing themselves to be deceived. Therefore, Comey cannot be faulted.

I wish I had many answers like when will Jesus be back to save us all who believe from this mess. I do believe the Obama administration did a good job covering up Hillarys illegal acts. So she may eventually come out with a book titled How I got away with fooling a Nation.
