It finally happened. Obama, Sharpton, Jackson, and the liberal media whipped the frenzy up to the point where a couple of white brothers were executed by black gunman over a bumper sticker that said 'Free Zimmerman.'

The news story said there was no connection to the Zimmerman trial

Question: Did the young boy have a right to defend himself against a stalker? Or does the right to defend yourself only apply to people holding a gun?

Facts of the trial I guess mean nothing.

With comments like this I wonder wether I should waste type and comment or just let these comments define the person who says them.

I started the thread because I think this trial defines the left as the bigoted ideology it truly is.

I was right.

Truly, a disturbing video outlining the contempt for truth, outright hatred and bigotry of the left.

Why, would any self respecting african american ever believe in liberalism?

Trayvon wasn't a young boy. He was 17 almost 18. I was in boot camp at that age and definitely not a "young boy." That's a misrepresentation you have chosen to make.

Trayvon also trained mixed martial arts and his social media showed that he like to fight even wanting to go back and beat up one of his previous victims again because he didn't "bleed badly enough the first time" for him.

Instead of going to his father's house (he had been kicked out of his mother's house for fighting at school, stealing, drug abuse, disrespecting her, etc...) and simply closing the door or taking the cell phone he had on him and calling the police he lie in wait and then violently attacked George Zimmerman, mounted him MMA style, and rained down punches from the mounted position with all his might while verbally telling neighbor hood watch George that he was going to die today.

You're living in a fantasy David_1. The media created the fantasy and people like you live in it. Next time, watch the video at least before commenting.

The failing liberal public education system indoctrinates them to believe it and also teaches them that they are morally blighted people if choose not to.

He should have got some sort of disciplinary action for going after stoned teenager who he had no idea was unarmed and walking down the street. The racist person in this was Martin, but most teenagers are, it doesn't make it right but then it doesn't warrant shooting them either. Zimmerman was the adult in this situation, he called the police and he should have left it alone when he was told to.

Trayvon actually had more advantages than I had growing up. Immediately after returning to Los Angeles at 16 from an orphanage in another state after my dad finally found me I went to the corner store for the first time to get a Time magazine and a Coke (I wasn't trying to make some "lean" like Trayvon was).

The local store was a 7-12. Heard of those? I didn't think so. The Hispanic owner had bought out a closed down 7-11 and turned it into a ghetto corner store with a big piece of cardboard that said 7-12 on it taped onto the window. He was looking to leverage the 7-11 brand without paying any franchise taxes.

I sensed his hatred immediately toward me, though I had never seen him before in my life, and even though he told me to "get out" (because I was white and there were only about three white people on that block). I ignored him and plopped my two items down on the counter which he took the money for anyways. As I was leaving; however, his enmity got the better of him and he whistled down the street to about thirty cholo gangmembers patrolling the neighborhood and pointed me out to them. I guess he never read the Sermon on the Mount.

They began to follow me until they cornered me between an iron fence. Three of them pulled knives and started toward me. I was unarmed but saw that I could hop the fence and so I did and took off down the alley putting my cross country running skills to good use eventually making it back to the cheap one bedroom flat in that Mexican neighborhood and crawling through the bathroom window so as not to wake up my dad who had to go to work the next morning.

Trayvon could have had it easy. I WISH I had George Zimmerman following me in a neighborhood populated by people of my own race instead of 30 gangbangers looking to execute me because I was white and in "their" neighborhood.

Trayvon is dead and that's a tragedy, but it's a tragedy that Trayvon chose when he violently attacked Zimmerman instead of one of the many other courses of action available to him.

If I had started throwing on those three Mexican gangmembers, I would have died for sure that night. That's a fact.

When is the liberal media going to have a discussion on this problem instead of burying it:

Thomas Sowell says he did not know how bad racial violence really was until he read “White Girl Bleed a Lot: The Return of Racial Violence to America and How the Media Ignore It.
Because the media..caused it.

Why would african americans listen to a song with so many ''n'' words in it

I see it as a combination of the two. The media being liberal has a measure of control, but that control is illusory.

They need to read Jurassic Park.

An Open Letter to White, Black, Brown and Yellow Thugs

Doug Giles | Jul 28, 2013

"When I was a punk teen and twenty-something, I did drugs, dealt drugs, debased women, burglarized homes and was kicked out of both high school and college for my behavior.

When I was sixteen-years-old, I was arrested on Mother’s Day for stealing water skis and was placed on probation.
I was not an “innocent teen, full of potential.” I was full of something all right, but it wasn’t potential. I was a piece of teenage, criminal crap. I chose to break the law. I chose alcohol and drug use and abuse. I chose to be an idiot and to emulate fools. I chose to disappoint my family, my country and my God. I was hell on two skinny legs and I had no one to blame but myself.

During that near decade of decadence, I’m glad I didn’t die or get killed in that state because I would have gone straight to hell. Yes, call me weird, but I believe in a literal heaven and a literal hell and I would have been on the elevator going down to the bottom floor, to spend eternity between the second, fifth and seventh concentric circles of Dante’s Inferno.

During my time of gleefully following el Diablo’s lead, I shot at people and had guns drawn on me. One summer night back in 1978, my buddies and I were ripping off a boat and were busted red-handed by the home owner who pulled out a pump shotgun, racked a round, but was unable to get off a shot because the direction in which I ran blocked his sight picture and I was able to get away.

If I would have been shot and killed that evening it would have sucked, but would have been a just punishment because my life choices put me in a direct path of destruction.

If I would have died of an overdose or from a crime that I had committed, I would hope to God that no one would stand over my casket and blame other people, or culture, or lack of education, or my neighborhood, or some other people group because that stuff was all on me. I would hope my life would have become a proverb, a veritable deterrent to aberrant behavior.

Look, young thugs, you can fault a gazillion things in life for why you do what you do and the media, reverends, activists and the press can run posthumous interference for you, gussying up your sullied past. But that doesn’t change the eternal fact that God is going to hold you personally responsible for your actions; and you cannot BS him.

If I were you, and I was at one time, I’d get on my knees, take responsibility for my sins, ask God to forgive me, repent and follow Christ instead of culture and turn that crappy life of mine around before it is too late. Trust me, you’ll never regret leaving that stupid junk behind; and I can testify that God will do abundantly and beyond all that you could ask or even imagine."

Well I do know one thing, I've seen a lot of so called 'pro-life' people cheering on the killing of a child this week.

You can blame liberalism all you want, but it seems the gun loving, racist, right wing set up all the dominoes for this one.

This is a disgusting, hateful characterization of pro-life individuals. Who have you seen "cheering on" the death of this teen?

David, stop painting everyone as hateful simply because they disagree with you that people have a right to violently attack and threaten to murder everyone that follows them. Thanking you in advance.

You are slandering people here. NAME the person or persons who have "cheered on" the death of Martin. There have INDEED been people, myself included, that were relieved that he was found not guilty. Charges should never have been filed, and it would have been a greater tragedy if obama, Holder the judge, the prosecution, the media, and the race baiters were successful in bastardizing our justice system through threats and intimidation.

Baseless accusation or slander is the foundation of liberal thought, since it has no factual strength, attack on character is...always...their defense.

No facts to suggest Zimmerman was acting in any way racist, and many reports of Zimmerman now coming out that he has, in the past, protected minority people...but to liberals he is a racist, acted with racial malice in mind and race was the core issue in this trial.

The evidence clealry supported Zimmerman's innocence but the left thinks there were backdoor meetings and relatives working behind the scenes to suppress evidence that would have convicted Zimmerman....funny thing though. The truth has come to light the exact opposite, evidence that helped Zimmerman was suppressed for a time.

In the dialog, even in this thread, it has been the left who have used racial slurs...racist redneck

Not one conservative or person interested in true justice has used the ''n'' word at all, but there have been videos of that word being used by artists that I bet never have voted for a conservative in their lives.

Even though the local, conservative talk show here, The Steve Kane show thought Zimmerman was guilty at first, I tried to keep an open mind until the facts came out at trial.

Not
one
liberal
did.

Says it all I think.
